Pagination default value to be customized instead of 25
It would be nice to have an option to set default value for pagination. Now it seems to be 25. Even if row count (in Setting->System Settings->Max Matches) is set to "50, 100, 500", 25 is default.
3 votesPagination can be customized with Max Matches settings. It will take first value of Max matches
50, 100, 500 list as default pagination(50)It is available in the latest version of BizTalk360

Default environment
I have 2 BizTalk environments configured in BizTalk360: One for which my BizTalk360 is activated. For the other one, the licence is disabled.
When launching the BizTalk360 web interface, by default it tries to connect to my disabled environment and asks me to activate my licence. It would have been nice if it connected to the environment for which my licence is activated. Perhaps an option allowing to define an environment as the default one could help avoid this issue.3 votesIn the latest release of BizTalk360 Version (9.0.2151.2808) users can able reorder the sequence of the environments. It will reflects in all the sections where environments are listed.

Copy dashboard between environments
We'd like to be able to customize a dashboard only once and then apply it (by just copying it) to other environments we've connected to the system.
Currently we need to customize the dashboard separately on each environment, which make it quite annoying...3 votesThis feature has come as part of the version 8.9 release. Sing up to our newsletter to be notified of upcoming releases.

BAM Module - 10,000 rows export to Excel
Export to Excel only exports a maximum of 1000 rows.
We need many more than 1000 rows.
Had this worked, we could have used Excel filters and widths instead.
Suggestion : Add 10,000 rows to drop down box.3 votes -
KB
Hi,
It could be great to display a tooltip under the "KB" icon in the MessageBox queries, just to display the title of the KB and also to do a quick access to the KB tab.3 votes -
When copying an alarm, allow the copy of the mappings aswell.
As per description. The purpose being to leverage the copy function without the need to go through the whole process again where existing alarm mappings may already represent the main or whole mapping requirements.
3 votesAlarm copy with mapping capability is incorporated in the latest version of BizTalk360 V9.1

Querying Management Database and pin it to Custom Dashboard
Currently we have ability to query the Message box database , it would be nice if we are able to query Management Database for viewing the list of Receive location/Send port changes Through BizTalk 360 to keep a track of all changes in one screen and pin that to custom Dashboard

Copy alarm mappings from one alarm to another
When copying alarms in the "Monitoring / Manage Alarms" view, the alarm mappings are not copied, only the settings for alarms are copied. It would be good to be able to copy alarm mappings from one alarm to one, or many, other alarms.

Detail view for custom SQL queries
Currently you can configure SQL queries and see the results in the BizTalk360 web interface.
In some cases you may be using columns with long text and it's difficult to view it in the table/grid result view. It will be useful if you can have a detail view, where the user can click on a particular row, which then opens a window or blade and show all the content.
3 votesDetail view for custom SQL queries is implemented in the version 10.4

View the properties by clicking the row
We plan to improve the usability where users can view the additional properties information simply by clicking the row in the grid (as in the EDI page), rather than having to click the properties icon.

Allow the ability to amend Service Windows on Receive Locations
We have several receive locations which have an overnight window. When we come in first thing in the morning and find suspended messages related to those location, we need to disable the service window, re drop the files it has to pick up, wait until it has consumed the files then turn the window back on.
Our currently workflow involves logging onto our BizTalk server, opening the admin console, navigating the tree to the correct receive location, opening it, disable the window, wait for the files to play through, then enable it again.
We would love to remove the need…
2 votesConfigure the Receive Location service window is available in the latest version of BizTalk360.

"Run BHM Now" is running for all the environments
When we manually run the BHM for a particular environment it is triggering for all the environments and it is taking time to get the report of the desired environment.
if possible trigger it for the selected environment only or make that environments as priority and generate the health report first for that environment.
2 votesRun BHM for selected environment is now available in latest BizTalk360 version v10.

Additional API alarm methods
We use the API for managing BizTalk 360 from other 3rd party applications such as TFS. To prevent BizTalk 360 starting up an application mid deployment we have to use the api to get the full alarm config, and send it back with the "isAlertDisabled" flag off and the same to reenable it. Having a seperate method to enable/disable an alarm would be much simpler
2 votesIn latest release of BizTalk360 v10 ,a new API is introduced to manage the alarm operations such as alarm enable, disable, reset and delete .
