Improve filter options in Data monitoring screen under "SET DATA FILTER"
The filter options under Data Monitoring alert are very limited.
Example: For query type 'Suspended Service Instances', the 'Add Filter' only has one condition 'Is Equal to'.
Which means, we cannot create filters like 'Is Not Equal to'.
This is specially important when we don't want to monitor suspended messages of specific port/application/service/host for example.23 votesThis feature has come as part of the version 8.9.5 release. Sing up to our newsletter to be notified of upcoming releases
We have matched all the filter operators as align to BizTalk Admin Console

Ability to Stop, Start, and Auto Correct Send Port Groups
We have applications that have Send Port Groups and we will not be able to fully stop or start the application within BizTalk 360 if we do not have this functionality. It would also be nice to be able to Auto Correct Send Port Groups.

Allow users of applications to view Policies/Rules for their application but not all policies.
Users are interested in viewing Policies that are associated with their application, which is a capability of BizTalk360.
It would be great if users could view polices associated with the applications they have access to, while not being able to policies for other applications.
Currently, the only way to provide access is by giving access to the Business Rules Composer, but then that gives access to all policies.

Message Box Queries Customization grid also new drop downs
I would like to get below options in the message box queries in upcoming BizTalk 360 version.
Adding or customizable grid with the column name Processing Server(Message Box server) where we have 4 BizTalk servers and users are intrested to know on which server particular instance/message is being processing so that users can take action according to that and it helps during the applicatin troubleshoot.
Adding subscription in the select query. where it helps users to get their subscription details expression. Currently its available in admin console we suggest to add it in BizTalk 360 so that users can check…
16 votesCustomization of grid columns is implemented in previous version of BizTalk360 .

Alert & Email customization
I have two feature requests for BizTalk 360:
1) I would like to be able to include a eventlog message in the email. Furthermore I would like the email to be more configurable, e.g. using placeholders
2) I would like to have different email templates, thereby facilitating the distribution of various messages generated by the same alert

Send alerts for event viewer errors with complete error in the email body
It would be good to send alerts as the soon as the errors written to event viewer with the complete error message in the email body insteade of just raising an alert saying there are some errors in the event viewer..This will avoid to buy other tools to send alerts for event viewer errors.

Log files viewer for BizTalk Servers
Adding ability to configure folders where important log files (like IIS, Log4Net, Custom etc) are present in the server and ability to view them directly in the BizTalk360 web interface. This will avoid people logging into the server or setting up user rights for each individual users in the server.
12 votesHi, In the latest release, version 10.8, authorized users can easily access IIS and BizTalk Server Logs directly within the Manage Infrastructure section of BizTalk360 Administration. This eliminates the need to switch to the actual server. Upgrade to the latest version to start using this feature.

Maintenance Windows
This is to request an enhancement within a future version of BizTalk360 with the “Stop Alerts for Maintenance” feature. Currently you can set a single maintenance period. It would be great if you could create multiple maintenance periods, and then also be able to edit and/or delete each one from a list at a later point. Once I add a maintenance period, if it was entered into a list of maintenance periods on the screen that I could then review and click to edit or delete, this would provide great functionality. In addition, if I could also view maintenance periods…

Create & Save Custom User Access Template
It would be excellent to be able to save a customised user access profile as a new template so to make it easier to grant multiple users similar security profiles. i realise you can do this by applying a profile to a group account, but that doesn't allow you to make minor changes to each individual user within the group.

In the BAM Portal you are able to view related BAM Activities. Customize maximum size from tracked message
Occasionally we have an issue while saving a tracked message.
The content is truncated while the size is more then 50.000 characters.
We would like the opportunity to change this maximum size in the system settings.
With the common limitation we lack some important information when the message is too big.10 votesThe character size is increased to 130000 in the latest release v10.3.

Restart option for Host Instances
Would like to have the restart option for host instances like the Biztalk Administration console. Actually, we need to select hosts instance and choose stop, and reselect the same hosts instance and then select start. A restart option will make this operation quicker and reduce the possibility of error.
