  2. BizTalk360 Dashboard Not Updating in Real-Time After Deployment

    Hello, I recently deployed updates to my BizTalk applications and noticed that the BizTalk360 dashboard doesn’t reflect the real-time status of the services and applications post-deployment. The dashboard still shows the old status until I manually refresh it. This delay is causing confusion, especially when monitoring critical services.

    Is this a bug, or is there a setting within BizTalk360 that controls the refresh interval for the dashboard? I’ve already checked the polling intervals and monitoring configurations, but it seems to be a display issue rather than a data collection one. Anyone else experiencing this?   3. Issue with BizTalk360 Not Capturing All Error Details in Monitoring Alerts

    Hello, I’ve been facing an issue where BizTalk360 isn't capturing all the error details in the monitoring alerts for my BizTalk Server. Some alerts seem to be missing crucial error messages or specific error codes that I know are being triggered. I’ve double-checked the event log settings and the monitoring configuration, but the issue persists.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a setting I might have missed that controls the level of detail in the error notifications? Or is this a known bug in the current version of BizTalk360? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated! level

  4. Issue with Notification Email Formatting in BizTalk360

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve been experiencing an issue with the formatting of notification emails in BizTalk360. When alerts are triggered, the emails I receive often have jumbled text and missing information, making it difficult to understand the alert details.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, did you find a solution or workaround? Any tips on how to ensure the emails are properly formatted would be greatly appreciated!

    Reports by BHM are not always generated. Every other week we get 'false positives' from BHM.
    The ability to disable BHM would be nice.

  7. Paging for suspended messages is broken

    Paging for suspended messages is broken.

    Version 8.8.2116.2405

    I have 68 suspended messages from friday afternoon.
    When I go take a look at them only the 10 first messages are shown.
    Arrows/Paging does not work.

    Changing 10/25/50/100 (filter) does not work.

    When you click on suspended messages on dashboard you are sent to "Data Access/ Message Box (Queries)

    The default setting for the SQL-expression is 10 making paging useless unless you go and change original expresson first.

    Only after that will the paging work.
