Copy alarm mappings from one alarm to another

When copying alarms in the "Monitoring / Manage Alarms" view, the alarm mappings are not copied, only the settings for alarms are copied. It would be good to be able to copy alarm mappings from one alarm to one, or many, other alarms.

    We also need a way to copy data monitoring alarms. The best way would be to be able to select many data monitoring alarms to be copied in one go.New name would then be old_datamonitoring_name (copy)
