  1. Option to read issues from your coworkers and respond to those issues.

    This motion is also for the BizTalk360 support site.
    It should be nice if you could read and respond to issues reported by your coworkers, or even the option to change the ownership to your coworker if you are going on a holiday or if you leave the company.

    To avoid unwished responses from everyone there should be an option to add certain people you know. So the owner or reporter still can controll who can read an issue and who can respond to an issue.

  2. Mobile App. It would be great to see a Mobile version of BizTalk360. App or specially designed webGUI.

  3. Ability to load archived tracking database

    The customer archives and purges the tracking database daily.
    At this moment, this means they have to use the BizTalk Administration Console to load these archived databases to view the older tracking.
    It would be a great feature, if they were able to load these archived in BizTalk360.

  5. monitoring of service instances that are in this state for longer than set period of time

    Would like to know how to monitor running services instances for duration > x minutes. I can see how to monitor by count, but not by duration.

    We occasionally see the case where many different service instances are in a running state for an extended period of time (not by design). The issue generally turns out being at the platform level (ie. resource contention on the servers causing multiple hosts to throttle or just hang).

    We will work on tuning the hosts, and addressing these types of issues. In the meantime, however, we would like to have awareness when any…

  6. Data Monitoring Suggestion

    I am configuring some Data Monitoring Alerts in BizTalk360 and have run into a snag. In my Test environment, we have crafted an ESB Exception for our Gibsons.FIN.Transactions BizTalk Application and have a Fault Category of ProcessCOACacheMisses. However when I am configuring this Data Monitoring alert in Production, I don’t have this Fault Category yet as it is a new application. I would imagine you are performing a DISTINCT SQL Query on the field and populating the dropdown with these values. It would be nice to override and provide my own text as now I have to wait for that…

  7. Having the Orchestration Debugger in BizTalk360

    For analysis purposes I often use the Orchestration Debugger from the Administration Console. Unfortunately this is not available in BizTalk360, so I would like to have that functionality, so I'm not forced to connect to the Admin Console.

  8. Content for error alerts

    Hi,
    In the current version, the threshhold alarm configured to send error alerts contains all the artefacts including working and errors which is consusing. It would be good to see only errors in the alerts and the working stuff is any how specified in the health check alerts.

  9. Log files viewer for BizTalk Servers

    Adding ability to configure folders where important log files (like IIS, Log4Net, Custom etc) are present in the server and ability to view them directly in the BizTalk360 web interface. This will avoid people logging into the server or setting up user rights for each individual users in the server.

  10. Full EDI web-based trading partner management system

    Currently, BizTalk360 has web-based access to all the EDI parties, agreements, and all EDI reports in a read-only mode. You can do EDI parties management like creating new parties and new agreements within the web console. Please vote or comment for this idea if you are interested.

  11. Cross domain user access to BT360 portal

    Non prod is in different domain to user group, You are currently unable to add the user from user access policy screen but I believe Cross domain users scenario does seem to work in BT360. It is only the Addition that is not working

  13. Analytics on Memory usage per Host Instance or all Host Instances

    We are encountering some memory issue in general usage of BizTalk 2013 on the server.
    however in order to determine which of the application or host instances is causing the issue, I would like to have a analytic graph showing the memory usage per Host Instance or for all available host instance.
    Currently you will see only the memory usages per CPU (graph 'BizTalk Host Performance')with a maximum of 5 hosts.

  14. Paging for suspended messages is broken

    Paging for suspended messages is broken.

    Version 8.8.2116.2405

    I have 68 suspended messages from friday afternoon.
    When I go take a look at them only the 10 first messages are shown.
    Arrows/Paging does not work.

    Changing 10/25/50/100 (filter) does not work.

    When you click on suspended messages on dashboard you are sent to "Data Access/ Message Box (Queries)

    The default setting for the SQL-expression is 10 making paging useless unless you go and change original expresson first.

    Only after that will the paging work.

  15. Paging on Applications is a good and bad idea

    Paging is good and bad. Good for server load, keeping the list short and manageable - but Export to Excel seems more broken with this feature

    I do export the list to Excel and print it out and hang it on my whiteboard
    With a proper description on each application it is very easy to see what each application does.

    Please add the option to save entire list of application to excel rather than the paginated list.

  16. Outage Management integration for Artifacts.

    We can group artifacts to support an outage. For example we can support an outage to an email system by grouping Artifacts that are pointed to that system and then click a "button" to disable all the send/receive ports pointing to that system. It integrates through SCOM using an API to but those same porting in maintenance mode, also.

  17. Enhancements to "ESB Exceptions Data" functionality

    Display Field in table:
    - RootNode
    - ActionType ~ Filter our faults that have an ActionType (i.e. they have been actioned). This should be the default query value.

    Filter data by:
    - Service Name
    - Root Node

    ActionTypes
    - I would like in BizTalk360 is to be able to manage the ActionType options in the "[EsbExceptionDb].[dbo].[ActionType]" table. Users can then select the action to apply to selected fault(s) with all actions audited. For example, I would like the following action types:
    * "Resubmitted from Source System"
    * "Resubmitted from Archive"
    * "Resubmit not required"
    * "Resubmitted from Portal" ~ renamed…

  18. Data Monitoing monthly schedule

    We want to monitor a receive port/location where we receive a file once a month but we do not know the exact day it will be sent.

    What we want is by the end of the month to send a notification if the file was not received during the month.

  20. To extract message content details along with the suspended instances detail in excel format.

    Presently there is a feature where we can export the suspended instances detail in the excel sheet, but we cannot get the inner message body content in the excel sheet.
    There are times when we have 500 plus suspended instances and it becomes difficult to extract the details one by one so as to verify from the user, It would be convenient if the message content details can also be extracted in the excel sheet simultaneously as it would save a lot of time from doing the copy-paste activity.
