  1. Improve Dashboard layout

    Please provide a functionality to edit the service name visible in the dashboard layout instead of default service name mapped. this will allow Business users /Support to identify the service name more easiliy.

  3. Cluster NT service monitoring

    As of now, there is an option to monitor NT service. But no option to monitor Clustered NT services.

    Exact requirement: SSO service is clustered so you cannot monitor it unless you have an “at least one active” functionality as with host instances.

  4. Add date format YYYY-MM-DD

    In the profile, provide the possibility to choose the internationally accepted YYYY-MM-DD format, to be used in the interface.

  5. Pin the Widget other than Home dashboard

    We have the ability to query in the operation section and Pin the widget to the home dashboard. In addition to that like to pin in a custom dashboard.

  6. Governance audit - BizTalk360/Audit - User Activities : enhancement

    Hello,

    Would it be possible to have a more flexible search on governance audit such as user activities ?
    I would like to search by different criteria (user, date etc...) and have more than 20 results.
    Also, i would like to be able to export the whole result to a csv file, not only the 20 lines

    In the latest version of BizTalk360, Governance Audit activities are filtered with the parameters like Operations, users ,Date Time and Max Records.


    In addition to these capabilities users can exported the desired number of audit logs in PDF or Excel format.

  7. Additional API alarm methods

    We use the API for managing BizTalk 360 from other 3rd party applications such as TFS. To prevent BizTalk 360 starting up an application mid deployment we have to use the api to get the full alarm config, and send it back with the "isAlertDisabled" flag off and the same to reenable it. Having a seperate method to enable/disable an alarm would be much simpler

  8. Data Filter in Date monitoring screen

    Rather than all options under the 'set data filter' being 'and', would be nice to have an 'or' feature and the option to have multiple options.

    i.e.
    application is equal to ZZZ
    AND
    fault code is equal to XXX
    OR
    fault code is equal to YYY
    and

    With the Automated Task feature in BizTalk360 you can manage all your maintenance activity. You can create custom work flow to start/stop applications , artifacts , alarms , also you can execute the powershell script through this features.

  10. Default environment

    I have 2 BizTalk environments configured in BizTalk360: One for which my BizTalk360 is activated. For the other one, the licence is disabled.
    When launching the BizTalk360 web interface, by default it tries to connect to my disabled environment and asks me to activate my licence. It would have been nice if it connected to the environment for which my licence is activated. Perhaps an option allowing to define an environment as the default one could help avoid this issue.

  11. Licence expiry should be visible in the header like Trial Licence

    Would be really helpful if the Production & Non Prod licence expiry was visible in the header or a reminder in the header if the renewal was comin up.

  12. Add re-occurring maintenance window options and a section to view scheduled windows

    With version 8.8 we now have the ability to schedule multiple maintenance windows in the future. Thank you very much!

    Can we add the ability to schedule maintenance window re-occurrence. Including a way to view and modify them.

    If possible it would be nice if we could or schedule skipping an occurrence or simply temporarily disable and re-enable it later, rather than having to delete and recreate.

  14. Eventlog e-mail should indicate which server's Eventlog has the error.

    I am happy to see the new Eventlog error included in the email with 8.5. It uncovered an issue for us though, since we are using 4 servers in a BizTalk group. My original alert does not indicate which of the 4 servers are throwing the error. My clunky workaround was to have 4 alerts - one for each server, but I would prefer to have the server name in the EventLog content in the e-mail.

    Before I made the change, I would get one alert with 1-4 event log items and I had to search until I found the…

  15. ServiceNow Integration with BizTalk 360

    Biztalk 360 Integration with ServiceNow . Its working fine but I found I can only configure three parameters

    It will be great if we can pass the values for these fields also

    It could be great to display a tooltip under the "KB" icon in the MessageBox queries, just to display the title of the KB and also to do a quick access to the KB tab.

  17. Customize maximum size from tracked message

    Occasionally we have an issue while saving a tracked message.
    The content is truncated while the size is more then 50.000 characters.
    We would like the opportunity to change this maximum size in the system settings.
    With the common limitation we lack some important information when the message is too big.

  18. Ability to reset alarm counters every x hours

    We would like to be able to reset the number of sent alarms every x hours.
    If our support personell forget to handle the suspended items, then they get new alarms after x hours.

  19. Improve filter options in Data monitoring screen under "SET DATA FILTER"

    The filter options under Data Monitoring alert are very limited.
    Example: For query type 'Suspended Service Instances', the 'Add Filter' only has one condition 'Is Equal to'.
    Which means, we cannot create filters like 'Is Not Equal to'.
    This is specially important when we don't want to monitor suspended messages of specific port/application/service/host for example.

  20. Holiday exclusions for process monitoring

    Process Monitoring is a powerful feature, but often times when we’re monitoring receive or send ports, we need to exclude holidays. For example, if monitoring a send port to ensure at least one message is sent through it every MON-FRI (i.e. Business Day), we want to be able to exclude company holidays, such as Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, etc. It would be great if there were a list we could maintain for holidays within BizTalk360, and then when setting up Process Monitoring we could check a box to exclude company holidays. That would make the Process Monitoring feature even more valuable.…
