Add the ability to recycle IIS apppool(s) and IIS restarts from BT360. A feature similar to how we restart host instances in BT360 is ideal
Currently we have to create a health check alarm and schedule a time to execute a PowerShell Notification Channel to restart IIS.
Please condiser adding the ability to monitor and recycle IIS apppool(s) and IIS restarts from BT360. A feature similar to how we restart host instances in BT360 would be ideal

Pin the Widget other than Home dashboard
We have the ability to query in the operation section and Pin the widget to the home dashboard. In addition to that like to pin in a custom dashboard.

Description and Application Segregation for User Access Policy Options
Currently, the documentation for the options available in the User Access Policy tab is scarce, meaning that for items that are not self explanatory, the BizTalk360 administrator has to enable that option and see exactly what it does. Additionally, the interface/documentation does not hint if the options are displaying all the data that is flowing via BizTalk or if access is restricted only to the applications the user is assigned to. The documentation associated with these options has to be updated to provide a more detailed explanation of what each option means and also if the option is displaying data…

Read and edit BTDF SSO
We use SSO heavily for storing runtime configuration which currently can only be edited by SSO admins. Being able to make this available for the business or super users to edit would be useful

Stop maintenance from powershell script
During deploy we need to stop maintenance manually. Should be good to stop from powershell script.

Flag a suspended as Waiting Decision
When dealing with suspended, 3 actions can we can taken within BT360 : Resume / Terminate / Download
In some cases, we need to contact a third party team which will investigate and this can take some time.
During this elapsed time, we would like to flag the suspended as 'Waiting Decision' with a comment that could say that this suspended is assigned to this team, etc...
It would avoid to treat the same suspended several times and would give a better overview on suspended.

Data Filter in Date monitoring screen
Rather than all options under the 'set data filter' being 'and', would be nice to have an 'or' feature and the option to have multiple options.
i.e.
application is equal to ZZZ
AND
fault code is equal to XXX
OR
fault code is equal to YYY

Tracking Information either in custom widgets(Analytics) or Reports.
Currently you can see individual Message information with respect to tracking in the Graphical message Flow view in BT360.
I would like to see some reporting to do with tracking information.2 votes -
Cross domain user access to BT360 portal
Non prod is in different domain to user group, You are currently unable to add the user from user access policy screen but I believe Cross domain users scenario does seem to work in BT360. It is only the Addition that is not working

Analytics on Memory usage per Host Instance or all Host Instances
We are encountering some memory issue in general usage of BizTalk 2013 on the server.
however in order to determine which of the application or host instances is causing the issue, I would like to have a analytic graph showing the memory usage per Host Instance or for all available host instance.
Currently you will see only the memory usages per CPU (graph 'BizTalk Host Performance')with a maximum of 5 hosts.1 vote -

Paging for suspended messages is broken
Paging for suspended messages is broken.
Version 8.8.2116.2405
I have 68 suspended messages from friday afternoon.
When I go take a look at them only the 10 first messages are shown.
Arrows/Paging does not work.Changing 10/25/50/100 (filter) does not work.
When you click on suspended messages on dashboard you are sent to "Data Access/ Message Box (Queries)
The default setting for the SQL-expression is 10 making paging useless unless you go and change original expresson first.
Only after that will the paging work.
I think it would be best if paging-setting (default or in user profile) would be much…

Paging on Applications is a good and bad idea
Paging is good and bad. Good for server load, keeping the list short and manageable - but Export to Excel seems more broken with this feature
I do export the list to Excel and print it out and hang it on my whiteboard
With a proper description on each application it is very easy to see what each application does. Please add the option to save entire list of application to excel rather than the paginated list.

Maintenance window Scheduling
Allow for a tickbox so you can setup maintenance on all environments at same time, rather than making multiple entries.

Outage Management integration for Artifacts.
We can group artifacts to support an outage. For example we can support an outage to an email system by grouping Artifacts that are pointed to that system and then click a "button" to disable all the send/receive ports pointing to that system. It integrates through SCOM using an API to but those same porting in maintenance mode, also.

Schedule Disable & Enable back Receive Locations of BizTalk application.
We have a scenario where we need to schedule to Disable & Enable back Receive Locations of BizTalk application, and this has to be done After Hours every month during the monthly Server maintenance nights.
Currently we are doing this manually where we disable Receive Locations at 5pm and then Enable it back at 10pm.
So before the server maintenance window begins, we Disable the Receive locations. By doing this, the various LOB systems hold and queue up the events they need to push to BizTalk within their own systems until this service window. After the maintenance window is closed,…
