4. Enhancement requests in Data monitoring scheduling

   Request 1: Support 90-Minute Data Monitoring Frequency

   The current Data Monitoring schedule allows monitoring frequencies between 15 and 60 minutes. We require the ability to configure a 90-minute monitoring frequency.

   Ideally, the frequency could support both hours and minutes, such as:

   1 hour 30 minutes
   2 hours 15 minutes

   This would allow us to configure the required monitoring interval without creating workarounds.

   Request 2: Flexible Day- and Time-Based Data Monitoring Schedule

   Our order timings vary depending on the day of the week. For example:

   Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
   Thursday & Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
   Weekends: Different timings

   Currently, we need to create multiple Data Monitoring alarms to accommodate these different schedules.

   We would like the Custom Monitoring Schedule to support:

   Selecting specific days of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.)
   Configuring different monitoring time windows for each day

   For example:

   Monday → 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
   Tuesday → 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
   Thursday → 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
   Friday → 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

   This would allow us to configure our complete weekly monitoring requirements within a single Data Monitoring alarm, rather than maintaining multiple alarms for different days and timings.

   Request 1: Support 90-Minute Data Monitoring Frequency

5. Add Temporary Alert Snooze with Automatic Resume

   Sometimes a known issue is already being investigated, but BizTalk360 continues sending the same monitoring alerts until the problem is completely resolved.

   This can create unnecessary notification noise and make it harder for the team to notice a new, unrelated critical alert.

   Would it be possible to add a temporary snooze option for a specific alarm, application, or monitoring rule?

   For example, users could pause notifications for 30 minutes, 1 hour, or a custom period while keeping the monitoring rule active. Once the selected period ends, notifications would automatically resume.

   The main concern is avoiding situations where an alert is manually disabled during maintenance or troubleshooting and someone forgets to enable it again.

   Could BizTalk360 support temporary alert suppression with automatic reactivation and perhaps an indication on the dashboard showing which alerts are currently snoozed? Final Grade Calculator

   Self-Healing / Auto-Corrective Actions for Standard Logic App Run Failures

   Current State
   Auto Correct for Logic Apps today only handles state changes — if a Standard Logic App gets disabled, BizTalk360 re-enables it automatically. No further corrective actions are available.

   The Gap
   When a run fails due to connector timeouts, API errors, or bad triggers, BizTalk360 can alert via metrics monitoring but cannot act on it. Manual intervention is still required.

   The Ask
   Extend automated corrective actions to Standard Logic Apps for run failures. When the "Runs Failed" metric crosses a defined threshold, BizTalk360 should automatically retry/resubmit the failed run — bringing Standard Logic Apps in line with the self-healing behavior available for BizTalk artifacts.
   Extending this further to Service Bus Queues and Topics would also be a valuable addition.

8. Further improve filter options in Data Monitoring screen under "Set Data Filter"

   The 'Add Filter' (under Data Monitoring - Manage Schedule) still only has condition 'Is Equal to' for many of the selections. In version 8.9.5, the suggestion referenced below was implemented, but was only implemented for a subset of the fields that you can choose from. For example, when you choose 'Application Name' you can now select 'Is not equal to, but if you select 'Service Name' you can only choose 'Is equal to'.

   We need to be able to filter out specific types of suspended messages from our data monitoring alerts, without filtering out all suspended messages from an application. e.g. We may have a known error with a send port on a BizTalk application causing a lot of alerts. We would like to be able to filter those errors out, or at least segregate them into a separate alert, in order to limit alert fatigue. Ideally, we could filter (i.e. 'Is not euqal to' or 'does not contain') on service name, send port, error description, URI, etc.

9. Monitoring Dashboard Horizontal Tree Option

   I like the tree view in the Monitoring Dashboard and BizTalk Group Dashboard, but even with just a few applications it gets reduced in size to something that is less useful because the zoom out required to see everything. There ends up being alot of white space that could be better used in my opinion. I'd like the option to switch the vertical tree to a horizontal tree like in File Explorer. This would allow the screen to handle a multitude of applications as the user could simply scroll down to review them. The screen width seems like it would be wide enough to accommodate the 4 or 5 levels of depth required for applications or other aspects of monitoring. To be sure you would still need to zoom out to get a full view of the tree, but I think the option of a horizontal format would be more intuitive to navigate and easier on the eyes.

10. Sending custom message on Process monitoring (Data Monitoring)

    We have one requirement, customer wants to notify them, if we don’t have file to process. In this situation we can enable the Process Monitoring to notify them if we don’t have file to process. But this alarm has one drawback, it generates the critical error with failed message on configured port. That make sense for technical person but not for everyone. It would be nice, if we have capability to send the custom message in that situation to notify the customer.

11. Search the message context properties through Message Box Data Monitoring

    Suspended messages are routed to ESB and for some reason doesn't reach ESB, in this case user wants a notification
    but problem is if you search in suspended messages there are too many and the suspended message application name does not reflect the application from which the message came - the application name of the suspended message is All.Expcetions
    You need to go into the message context of suspended message & read the application name there.
    Currently a powershell script is used to filter the applications in message context.
    Basically can BizTalk360 go thru the message context and read the message application name as the suspended message application name is different

12. Being Able to override tha alarm email on a data monitoring case

    We can setup an email adress on the alarm level.
    But when a data monitoring case belongs to an alarm level, it's not possible to override the email adress for this specific case.
    I think it could be useful to be able to do it.

13. Problems rotating dashboards on a monitor

    We have a single monitor on a wall near our BizTalk DevOps team. This is used to display dashboards for Azure, VSTS and BizTalk360.

    We use the “Tab Carousel” add-in for Chrome to rotate the pages.

    We have the following problems rotating BizTalk360 Monitoring dashboards:
    - We cannot display the "full screen" version.
    
    - Zoom settings are lost.
    - Dashboard 2 will refresh back to Dashboard 1 (first in drop down list).

14. FILE and FTP locations monitoring - even for locations not used by BizTalk

    Hi,
    The FILE and FTP notification features are great :) But it should also be great to have the ability to monitor locations that are not used by BizTalk.
    I have a use case where my customer use an other product than BizTalk for several flows and we want to use BizTalk360 to monitor these locations too. Today it is not possible.

    It would be great to be able to filter the data monitoring query on context properties of the message. That way (combined with my other request on disabling grouping by error code for message notifications) I could create segregated notifications in my multi company environment which are all sharing the same ports/processes.

    Allow for Queue names to be updated on IBM MQ monitors. This is due to the fact that the current monitoring can't monitor AQ's which our organization uses. with this change, I won't have to make changes to queues on BizTalk to look at the LQ's.

    When we configure a new alarm (for Health Check), it is not possible to force the alarm to execute immediately. It could be great to have this ability in order to avoid waiting for the next scheduled interval.
