BizTalk360 disable BHM
Reports by BHM are not always generated. Every other week we get 'false positives' from BHM.
The ability to disable BHM would be nice.2 votes0 comments · Bug · Admin →

Resume a sequence of suspended messages by order
In BizTalk360 Resume suspended sequentially according to the order displayed in the tool.
It would allow an end-user to trigger a bulk resume without resume them really at once.
The order is important because, in some cases the oldest suspended need to be resume before the next one in the list.5 votes

Add the ability to customize Graph color
The light green color is very difficult to see on the screen for some graph special for the BTS Message Performance.
Would be nice to have the opportunity to change some colors from the Graph descriptions.2 votes

ESB Exceptions Data - hide or delete sucessfully resubmitted messages
Once messages have been successfully resubmitted, the message should not be included in the results of the default query parameters. Alternatively the message could be deleted once successfully resubmitted. This screen should act as a "to-do" list much like the suspended messages screen in the BizTalk Admin Console.3 votes2 comments · General · Admin →
Filter "known issues" in BHM
BHM now alerts on the number of alerts. Since several "alerts" are known issues that we won't resolve, therefor we had to set the threshold higher, however this makes it more difficult to point to new errors that might have to be investigated.
I would like to be able to filter out "known issues"2 votes
ESB Resubmit to HTTP Receive Location using Windows Authentication
Would be good if BizTalk 360 supported resubmission to HTTP receive locations that are configured with windows authentication. At the moment it looks like only anonymous authentication is supported.3 votes0 comments · General · Admin →

Host instance throttling nags about disabled hosts
I setup host throttling monitoring but some host instances of certain hosts are disabled (for manual failover if ever needed). BizTalk360 nags about the HI not being started: "HostThrottling: Host Instance BizTalkReceiveHost on Server: is not started. Status:Stopped. So performance data won't be available, please start the host instance."
This is spamming our notification channels, basically rendering the throttling monitoring useless ! Please extend this feature to ignore disabled HI's, or make it configurable per HI
Add the ability to recycle IIS apppool(s) and IIS restarts from BT360. A feature similar to how we restart host instances in BT360 is ideal
Currently we have to create a health check alarm and schedule a time to execute a PowerShell Notification Channel to restart IIS.
Please condiser adding the ability to monitor and recycle IIS apppool(s) and IIS restarts from BT360. A feature similar to how we restart host instances in BT360 would be ideal3 votes
Is there no way you can update 360 so that I will be able to extract or export to 1 excel at once (all the applications with their send, receive ports and all artifacts of the application)? I need to extract everything into one excel file of the applications themselves. Some sort of documentation apart from the monitoring reports.1 vote

Flag a suspended as Waiting Decision
When dealing with suspended, 3 actions can we can taken within BT360 : Resume / Terminate / Download
In some cases, we need to contact a third party team which will investigate and this can take some time.
During this elapsed time, we would like to flag the suspended as 'Waiting Decision' with a comment that could say that this suspended is assigned to this team, etc...
It would avoid to treat the same suspended several times and would give a better overview on suspended.5 votes
Read and edit BTDF SSO
We use SSO heavily for storing runtime configuration which currently can only be edited by SSO admins. Being able to make this available for the business or super users to edit would be useful2 votes

Data Filter in Date monitoring screen
Rather than all options under the 'set data filter' being 'and', would be nice to have an 'or' feature and the option to have multiple options.
application is equal to ZZZ
fault code is equal to XXX
fault code is equal to YYY
Description and Application Segregation for User Access Policy Options
Currently, the documentation for the options available in the User Access Policy tab is scarce, meaning that for items that are not self explanatory, the BizTalk360 administrator has to enable that option and see exactly what it does. Additionally, the interface/documentation does not hint if the options are displaying all the data that is flowing via BizTalk or if access is restricted only to the applications the user is assigned to. The documentation associated with these options has to be updated to provide a more detailed explanation of what each option means and also if the option is displaying data only for the applications that the user is associated to or it is agonistic of this setting.
