Enhanced data monitoring query filter capabilities
It would be great to be able to filter the data monitoring query on context properties of the message. That way (combined with my other request on disabling grouping by error code for message notifications) I could create segregated notifications in my multi company environment which are all sharing the same ports/processes.

Send ESB Detail In Notification - Improvement
When you activate the option “Send ESB Detail In Notification”, you are getting the data show below with the number of faults per Fault Code. This data is grouped by Fault Code which is the default grouping. I need the option to be able to choose the “group by” setting on one of the three fields: Fault Code (the default grouping now), Error Type or Exception Message. In the case below you need to group the errors on the Exception Message because this can be different for the same errorcode.
ESB Fault Details in the application: Company.BizTalk.Application
Fault Code: ESB0002,…

Show all receive locations, all send ports or all orchestrations for application monitoring in one overview
In application monitoring I'd like to have the option to show all receive locations, all send ports or all orchestrations in one overview.
This would make it much faster and easier to add all items in your monitoring.
And this would also make it much easier to add new items in your existing monitoring or to do a weekly or monthly check whether all new items are added in your application.
Now we have to click and reclick thousands of items if we want to check we have all items in our application monitoring. Especially when you have a lot…7 votes -
Need to create Night time monitoring
We need to create alarms that will monitor from evening to morning next day.
e.g we want the alarm to monitor from 17:00 PM till 09:00 AM next day. The only way is to create two alarms, however there is a gap of 00:30 min as we cannot make an alarm run till 12:00 AM only till 23:00 PM.

Problems rotating dashboards on a monitor
We have a single monitor on a wall near our BizTalk DevOps team. This is used to display dashboards for Azure, VSTS and BizTalk360.
We use the “Tab Carousel” add-in for Chrome to rotate the pages.
We have the following problems rotating BizTalk360 Monitoring dashboards:
- We cannot display the "full screen" version.
- Zoom settings are lost.
- Dashboard 2 will refresh back to Dashboard 1 (first in drop down list).5 votes -
User access profile
Hello BizTalk360 team,
I am helping TF1 test your monitoring solution and after my first presentation to different users, I have some remarks from them which I think might interest you :
· User management : possibility to create management profiles, and attach those profiles to users. I am aware that we can achieve something similar through AD groups, but they don’t seem to be very enthusiastic about it – mainly because the process of requesting membership to a specific AD group is slow…
· Graphical flow tracking and Message Box Queries (In particular, but this suggestion may apply to…5 votes -
Threshold monitoring like alerts in data Monitoring
A notification when the threshold is reached and no further notification if the situation stays like that.
An UP notification when that issue gets resolved4 votes -
Redesign monitoring dashboard
The monitoring dashboard does not scale properly. When you use threshold monitoring in collapsed view, only the top part of the dashboard scales.
The bottom part, which lists the applications you want to monitor, does not scale, resulting in scroll bars and applications which are not visible in the dashboard because they won't fit on screen..

Editing properties of multiple alarms at the same time
From time to time we need to edit properties like email ids for multiple alarms. Currently you have to open each alarm and make the necessary edits. It would be great to be able to select multiple alarms and make the edits at once.

Lesser than operation in MessageBox Data monitoring
When expecting 10 running instances of a named orchestration, and if one disappeared, want to be alerted if the number of running instances has dropped below 10. To monitor this sort of scenario it would be better if MessageBox Data monitoring holds less than condition (>).

Search the message context properties through Message Box Data Monitoring
Suspended messages are routed to ESB and for some reason doesn't reach ESB, in this case user wants a notification
but problem is if you search in suspended messages there are too many and the suspended message application name does not reflect the application from which the message came - the application name of the suspended message is All.Expcetions
You need to go into the message context of suspended message & read the application name there.
Currently a powershell script is used to filter the applications in message context.
Basically can BizTalk360 go thru the message context and read the…3 votes -
Additional File Monitoring conditions test if recieved within certain time
I would like additional condition types added that would allow for more complex rules around time. I would like I way to get an alert if a file hasn't been received within the past minutes, hours, and days. This is important because the sender systems are supposed to send files in specific intervals and we need to be alerted iif we haven't received a file within certain time window parameters.

Data Monitoing monthly schedule
We want to monitor a receive port/location where we receive a file once a month but we do not know the exact day it will be sent.
What we want is by the end of the month to send a notification if the file was not received during the month.

One single view for all artefacts set to autocorrect
Currently there is no place to see, at the same time, all artefacts that are set to autocorrect.
In BizTalk360 there needs to be one single view showing a live view of all artefacts that will autocorrect if they are down.
In this view, at least the following should show:
- Current retries and other per artefact settings related to autocorrect.
- Each artefact should have a link to the alarm view of the application.
- Each artefact should have a link to the operations view of the application.
- It should be possible to group artefacts in the view;…3 votes -
Monitor "Store procedure" in SQL query monitoring
In the Custom SQL Queries panel, customer has defined a query, with the "EXEC" and calling a store procedure and it works very well. The query returns only one integer value. This is put (that call a store procedure) in the Database Query related with an alarm. But in the Database Query, the return value is empty. It seems to not get the return value? So the alarm is always in error. Hence the database query put into an alarm must support the call of a stored procedure.

Don't save results for 'Do not monitor' artifacts
We have quite a lot of servers, and thus quite a few artifacts we monitor. However, we have way more artifacts (NTServices, SQL jobs, etc.) that we do not monitor. But I notice these artifacts still add rows to the table b360alertMonitor_LogStateCheck (with ExpectedState 2). This gives us a lot of useless rows in this table for things we don't want to monitor anyway. Is there a way to turn this off? We now have 17 million rows in this table, and we only keep this data for a week (the cleanup job works fine).
I can write…3 votes
