Improving naming conventions in BizTalk apps
In BizTalk projects, consistent naming conventions are critical for administration and troubleshooting. When multiple developers work together, names for orchestrations, schemas, and artifacts often become inconsistent, which makes management harder.
I recommend adding a feature in BizTalk360 that helps enforce or suggest naming conventions. For example, a built‑in helper could automatically generate blended names based on rules or patterns, ensuring consistency across the environment.
As inspiration, external tools like Name Combiner use AI logic to merge names smoothly and maintain readability. A similar approach inside BizTalk360 could save time and reduce errors for teams.

View BizTalk Server log files (XML/TEXT) directly from BizTalk360
We have BizTalk orchestrations that automatically generate and store important message logs as XML/text files on our BizTalk servers. Currently, to review these files, we need to connect to the server via Remote Desktop, navigate through date-based folders, and manually open the files.
It would be helpful if BizTalk360 could be extended to allow users to browse configured log folders and view XML/text files directly within the product. This would provide a centralized way to access and search these files without requiring server access, making troubleshooting and log investigation more efficient.

Host instance throttling nags about disabled hosts
I setup host throttling monitoring but some host instances of certain hosts are disabled (for manual failover if ever needed). BizTalk360 nags about the HI not being started: "HostThrottling: Host Instance BizTalkReceiveHost on Server: is not started. Status:Stopped. So performance data won't be available, please start the host instance."
This is spamming our notification channels, basically rendering the throttling monitoring useless ! Please extend this feature to ignore disabled HI's, or make it configurable per HI

Data extraction
Is there no way you can update 360 so that I will be able to extract or export to 1 excel at once (all the applications with their send, receive ports and all artifacts of the application)? I need to extract everything into one excel file of the applications themselves. Some sort of documentation apart from the monitoring reports.

Description and Application Segregation for User Access Policy Options
Currently, the documentation for the options available in the User Access Policy tab is scarce, meaning that for items that are not self explanatory, the BizTalk360 administrator has to enable that option and see exactly what it does. Additionally, the interface/documentation does not hint if the options are displaying all the data that is flowing via BizTalk or if access is restricted only to the applications the user is assigned to. Cross domain user access to BT360 portal
Non prod is in different domain to user group, You are currently unable to add the user from user access policy screen but I believe Cross domain users scenario does seem to work in BT360. It is only the Addition that is not working

Edit Host settings like in Admin console
When I select the Infrastructure Settings menu -> Host, and then click a required host:
The Throttling Settings tab is in view mode only. Is there a way to change values as we can in the Biztalk Admin Console?

'Artifact count' widget doesnt link to correct Filtered Query
Upon clicking any of the displayed artifacts on this widget, we're forwarded to the 'Search BizTalk Artifacts' screen but only to its default state as if we had just used the regular menu.
Clicking an artifact on the widget itself should lead us directly to the relevant query for that specific artifact and also automatically execute the query.
For example:
Clicking on the 'Orchestrations' artifact should forward us to the 'Search BizTalk Artifacts' screen when the query has been automatically executed for orchestrations and is already displaying its results.1 vote -
