  1. Configure Email Ids for UP alerts

Currently when an alarm is created, we can enter the email ids to which the DOWN and UP alerts will be sent to. This is OK if the same recipients are targeted for both DOWN and UP alerts. However, if the alerts are sent to a support system that creates the tickets for the support team to action then we need ONLY the DOWN alerts to be sent to the support system. And configure separate email ids for the UP alerts (excluding support system) to avoid the creation of automatic tickets for UP alerts.

  5. Saving Tracked messages

From time to time I need to save Tracked messages. When the messages are small, it is easy to select and copy the XML of those messages in the Graphical Flow module. But in case messages are larger than a couple KB's, it is tough to impossible (msgs over 50000 chars got truncated) to select and copy that XML.

For that reason I would like to have a button to be able to save Tracked messages.

  6. Viewing Subscriptions of Orchestrations and Send Ports

For analysis I regularly query the Subscriptions for Orchestrations and/or Send Ports. Unfortunately this is not possible with BizTalk360, so I would like to have that capability in BizTalk360.

  7. Bulk disable/enable alarms

From the Manage Alarms screen I would like to select multiple alarms and be able to disable/enable them bulk wise, instead of having to open the alarms one by one and disable/enable them.

  9. Log files viewer for BizTalk Servers

Adding ability to configure folders where important log files (like IIS, Log4Net, Custom etc) are present in the server and ability to view them directly in the BizTalk360 web interface. This will avoid people logging into the server or setting up user rights for each individual users in the server.

Hi, In the latest release, version 10.8, authorized users can easily access IIS and BizTalk Server Logs directly within the Manage Infrastructure section of BizTalk360 Administration. This eliminates the need to switch to the actual server. Upgrade to the latest version to start using this feature.

Please find the below articles for your reference.

  10. Detail view for custom SQL queries

Currently you can configure SQL queries and see the results in the BizTalk360 web interface.

In some cases you may be using columns with long text and it's difficult to view it in the table/grid result view. It will be useful if you can have a detail view, where the user can click on a particular row, which then opens a window or blade and show all the content.

  11. Tracking Manager - complete configuration option

At present, there is "Tracking Manager" in BizTalk360, which allows you to visualize the entire tracking settings in your BizTalk environment in a read-only view (you can see at the application level, how much tracking is been enabled for each artifact like receive ports, send ports, orchestration etc).

Please vote or comment, if you would like to see the full configuration option, i.e changing the tracking value from a single place with some user access security policy.

  12. View the properties by clicking the row

We plan to improve the usability where users can view the additional properties information simply by clicking the row in the grid (as in the EDI page), rather than having to click the properties icon.

  13. Auditing BizTalk360 user activities

Currently BizTalk360 only audit's the activities done by the user in the BizTalk360 Portal.
Several customers requested to start auditing all the actions the users perform on BizTalk360 configuration, For eg: Creating/editing/deleting users, Creating/editing/removing alarms, changing the SMTP settings etc.

  14. Ability to Add KB Articles from the corresponding section

At present, BizTalk360 users can create KB articles only from the Knowledge Base section in the application. We plan to include the functionality of having a link in the appropriate sections (Message Box queries, ESB Exception, Advanced event viewer module) so that it becomes easy for users to add KB articles.

  15. Start and stop the NT services

Currently, BizTalk360 does not have the capability to allow users to Start and/or Stop NT Services. We plan to include the functionality under “Infrastructure Settings” – something very similar to Host and Host Instances.

  16. Pattern Matching capability to select applications automatically in User Access Policy screen

By default, when a new application is added in the BizTalk environment, it will not be assigned to any users in BizTalk360. The administrators have to manually assign the application to a particular user from the "Applications" screen on the User Access Policy page.

It would be great if we can have some "pattern matching mechanism" in the User Access Policy section where administrators can define, for eg, patterns like "Application with Prefix SAP will be added for this user automatically" and so while assigning the user access policy for a particular user.

Once this is done, whenever any application…

  17. Keep the filter capabilities and column headers viewable while scrolling through lists

In several views (Message Box queries, Graphical Flow, Applications, etc..) it can occur that you get more results than fits on screen. You can use the scroll bar to view the remaining results.
But while scrolling, the filter capabilities and the column headers, disappear from the screen.

It would be great if this would stay visible while scrolling.
