Improve filter options in Data monitoring screen under "SET DATA FILTER"
The filter options under Data Monitoring alert are very limited.
Example: For query type 'Suspended Service Instances', the 'Add Filter' only has one condition 'Is Equal to'.
Which means, we cannot create filters like 'Is Not Equal to'.
This is specially important when we don't want to monitor suspended messages of specific port/application/service/host for example.23 votesThis feature has come as part of the version 8.9.5 release. Sing up to our newsletter to be notified of upcoming releases
We have matched all the filter operators as align to BizTalk Admin Console

Publish Secure SQL Query as Widget
We just want to publish the query results on the dashboard in tabular format. At this point we don't yet need fancy PowerBI graphical view of this data.

A grid added to Stop Alerts for Maintenance, so you are able to view, edit, delete future maintenance schedules
Currently you are not able to view, edit, or delete Stop Alerts for Maintenance entries. I like to be able to enter Stop Alerts in the future for upcoming maintenance windows. We need to be able to view, edit, or delete those Stop Alerts.

Ability to Stop, Start, and Auto Correct Send Port Groups
We have applications that have Send Port Groups and we will not be able to fully stop or start the application within BizTalk 360 if we do not have this functionality. It would also be nice to be able to Auto Correct Send Port Groups.

Wildcard to event log sources for Avanced Event Viewer
Currently, you can only enter specific event sources. With a naming convention of custom event sources, it would be a lot easier to enter and maintain the Custom Event Viewer if we could use wildcards.

Resubmit functionality for ESB Itinerary based solutions
Currently BizTalk 360 doesn’t support generic resubmission for Itinerary based solutions where the itinerary attached to the message in the ESB Exception database is resubmitted along with the message so that the message continues on at from the same step it previously failed at. This should be a general resubmission mechanism for all Itinerary based solutions.

Content for error alerts
Hi,
In the current version, the threshhold alarm configured to send error alerts contains all the artefacts including working and errors which is consusing. It would be good to see only errors in the alerts and the working stuff is any how specified in the health check alerts.4 votes -
Send alerts for event viewer errors with complete error in the email body
It would be good to send alerts as the soon as the errors written to event viewer with the complete error message in the email body insteade of just raising an alert saying there are some errors in the event viewer..This will avoid to buy other tools to send alerts for event viewer errors.

Configure Email Ids for UP alerts
Currently when an alarm is created, we can enter the email ids to which the DOWN and UP alerts will be sent to. This is OK if the same recipients are targeted for both DOWN and UP alerts. However, if the alerts are sent to a support system that creates the tickets for the support team to action then we need ONLY the DOWN alerts to be sent to the support system. And configure separate email ids for the UP alerts (excluding support system) to avoid the creation of automatic tickets for UP alerts.
6 votesConfigure Email Ids for Up alerts and Auto Correct actions can be achieved through new SMTP Notification Channel feature in 9.0 version. Please refer the following article for more detail

Saving Tracked messages
From time to time I need to save Tracked messages. When the messages are small, it is easy to select and copy the XML of those messages in the Graphical Flow module. But in case messages are larger than a couple KB's, it is tough to impossible (msgs over 50000 chars got truncated) to select and copy that XML.
For that reason I would like to have a button to be able to save Tracked messages.

Viewing Subscriptions of Orchestrations and Send Ports
For analysis I regularly query the Subscriptions for Orchestrations and/or Send Ports. Unfortunately this is not possible with BizTalk360, so I would like to have that capability in BizTalk360.

Log files viewer for BizTalk Servers
Adding ability to configure folders where important log files (like IIS, Log4Net, Custom etc) are present in the server and ability to view them directly in the BizTalk360 web interface. This will avoid people logging into the server or setting up user rights for each individual users in the server.
12 votesHi, In the latest release, version 10.8, authorized users can easily access IIS and BizTalk Server Logs directly within the Manage Infrastructure section of BizTalk360 Administration. This eliminates the need to switch to the actual server. Upgrade to the latest version to start using this feature.

Detail view for custom SQL queries
Currently you can configure SQL queries and see the results in the BizTalk360 web interface.
In some cases you may be using columns with long text and it's difficult to view it in the table/grid result view. It will be useful if you can have a detail view, where the user can click on a particular row, which then opens a window or blade and show all the content.
