  1. Why is my printer offline after setup?

    A printer appearing offline after setup can be frustrating. This issue may occur due to connectivity problems, outdated drivers, or incorrect printer settings. Ensure your printer is powered on, connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device, and has sufficient ink or paper. Restarting the printer and your computer can also resolve temporary glitches. Verify the printer is set as the default device in your system settings. For HP printers, visit 123hpcom/setup to download the latest drivers and ensure proper setup. If the problem persists, troubleshoot network issues or contact technical support for further assistance.

  2. How do I update my trusted phone number for Apple ID recovery?

    To update your trusted phone number for Apple ID recovery, go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then select Password & Security. Choose Edit under Trusted Phone Numbers, then add a new number or update the existing one. You’ll need to verify the number with a code sent via SMS or call. For lost access, visit iforgot.apple.com to recover your Apple ID and reset your password.   3. BizTalk360 Dashboard Not Updating in Real-Time After Deployment

    Hello, I recently deployed updates to my BizTalk applications and noticed that the BizTalk360 dashboard doesn’t reflect the real-time status of the services and applications post-deployment. The dashboard still shows the old status until I manually refresh it. This delay is causing confusion, especially when monitoring critical services.

    Is this a bug, or is there a setting within BizTalk360 that controls the refresh interval for the dashboard? I’ve already checked the polling intervals and monitoring configurations, but it seems to be a display issue rather than a data collection one. Anyone else experiencing this?   4. Issue with BizTalk360 Not Capturing All Error Details in Monitoring Alerts

    Hello, I’ve been facing an issue where BizTalk360 isn't capturing all the error details in the monitoring alerts for my BizTalk Server. Some alerts seem to be missing crucial error messages or specific error codes that I know are being triggered. I’ve double-checked the event log settings and the monitoring configuration, but the issue persists.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a setting I might have missed that controls the level of detail in the error notifications? Or is this a known bug in the current version of BizTalk360? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated! level

  5. Issue with Notification Email Formatting in BizTalk360

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve been experiencing an issue with the formatting of notification emails in BizTalk360. When alerts are triggered, the emails I receive often have jumbled text and missing information, making it difficult to understand the alert details.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, did you find a solution or workaround? Any tips on how to ensure the emails are properly formatted would be greatly appreciated!

  6. autocorrect

    When we deploy a new version of a BizTalk application to our environment, we want it to be up and running as soon as the deployment process has completed. In the past, we have used an Azure DevOps task to put BizTalk360 in maintenance mode, and to end the maintenance at the end of the deployment. We do this by calling the BizTalk360 API

    We notice that the autocorrection does not always kick in immediately, so we would like to have a possibility to make an API call to for the autocorrection linked to a specified alarm to be executed.

    Reports by BHM are not always generated. Every other week we get 'false positives' from BHM.

  12. Resume a sequence of suspended messages by order

    In BizTalk360 Resume suspended sequentially according to the order displayed in the tool.
    It would allow an end-user to trigger a bulk resume without resume them really at once.
    The order is important because, in some cases the oldest suspended need to be resume before the next one in the list.

    Hi , 

    By filtering the creation time column you can conveniently view the latest data. You can use filter and sort option in "Creation Time " column to suspend/terminate/resume the oldest or latest data .

    The light green color is very difficult to see on the screen for some graph special for the BTS Message Performance.
    Would be nice to have the opportunity to change some colors from the Graph descriptions.

  16. ESB Exceptions Data - hide or delete sucessfully resubmitted messages

    Once messages have been successfully resubmitted, the message should not be included in the results of the default query parameters. Alternatively the message could be deleted once successfully resubmitted. This screen should act as a "to-do" list much like the suspended messages screen in the BizTalk Admin Console.

  17. Filter "known issues" in BHM

    BHM now alerts on the number of alerts. Since several "alerts" are known issues that we won't resolve, therefor we had to set the threshold higher, however this makes it more difficult to point to new errors that might have to be investigated.
    I would like to be able to filter out "known issues"

  19. Host instance throttling nags about disabled hosts

    I setup host throttling monitoring but some host instances of certain hosts are disabled (for manual failover if ever needed). BizTalk360 nags about the HI not being started: "HostThrottling: Host Instance BizTalkReceiveHost on Server: is not started. Status:Stopped. So performance data won't be available, please start the host instance."

    This is spamming our notification channels, basically rendering the throttling monitoring useless ! Please extend this feature to ignore disabled HI's, or make it configurable per HI

  20. Data extraction

    Is there no way you can update 360 so that I will be able to extract or export to 1 excel at once (all the applications with their send, receive ports and all artifacts of the application)? I need to extract everything into one excel file of the applications themselves. Some sort of documentation apart from the monitoring reports.
