Troubleshooting Alerts for Orchestrations Not Triggering
Hi all,
I’ve been using BizTalk360 for a few months now, and it works great for most of our monitoring needs. However, I’ve run into an issue with orchestration alerts. I’ve set up alerts for a few critical orchestrations, but sometimes the alert doesn’t trigger even when the orchestration fails or stops unexpectedly.
Has anyone experienced this before? I’m particularly curious about:
Are there common settings in BizTalk360 that could prevent orchestration alerts from firing?
Should I be monitoring orchestrations via a different method than just “Service Status”?
Any tips on ensuring alerts are reliable without generating too many false positives?
