Allow for monitoring of 3 or more SQL instances, or include disk monitoring of BT instance by default.
By Default you can't Monitor the BT Instance Disks (Monitoring> SQLServer Instances > BT Instance Name)
So you have to add it to Settings > Monitoring and Notification > SQL Servers for Monitoring
This only gives you a maximum of two
We have 3 SQL Instances relating to the BizTalk Environment including the BT one, so we have to choose to not monitor one of them.
In the latest version of BizTalk360 4 SQL Servers are allowed to monitor

I concur: We have 5 biztalk-group-SQL-servers. If I want to monitor their hardware I want the ability to add all of them to the "Extra SQL Servers"

In the case of hosting the BT360 service on standalone server it will be nice to have the option to add BT360 server as a SQL server to monitor Disk and Resource. This is possible but if we had two other SQL servers as part of the environment it maximize the allowed 2 SQL on the configuration. It will be nice if monitoring of the BT360 standalone server be done by default as part of the server licenses
