Certain receive location disabling on weekend
The requirement is to have a certain receive location to be disabled on weekends. BizTalk only has everyday ability for this.
Idea shared by Kada Dunn.
2 votesHi ,
This use case can be achieved by using the "Automated Task" feature which is added in the latest BizTalk360 release v10.3 .
Refer release notes for more details.

Terminate the service instances older than XX hours through Automatic Actions in BizTalk360
We have a need for functionality regarding the filtering by time range in Data Monitoring.
We have a case where we are moving data from customer’s ERP to their CRM daily using BizTalk.
And sometimes those transfers fail.
If the transfer is older than 24h it already obsolete and we would like to get rid of that kind of BizTalk instances using the Data Monitoring.
As far as I know there is no way to setup it a way where it would terminate the instance if the creation date is older than 24h from current time?
The closest we have…2 votesThis feature request has been incorporated in the latest version of BizTalk360 v10.1. To know more read the release notes (https://docs.biztalk360.com/docs/v101)

Monitoring alert content improvements
We have done a DR test on our biztalk environment and we received the alert stating “Monitor Error” . When The server XXXX was down during this alert, I expect the alert to say something more alarming like “SERVER DOWN” instead of “Monitor Error”.
2 votesMonitoring alert important when the server is down in the latest of BizTalk360 v10.4

Multiple selection in the Data Monitoring screen
Hi,
In the Data Monitoring definition, when we have to select a receive port or a send port to monitor, it could be good to have the ability to open a "search" popup, select multiple receive ports/send ports and then add them to the data monitoring configuration.
Instead of having just a auto-completion combobox where it is not possible to filter.2 votesHi ,
BizTalk360 UI is revamped in v10 in which we improved all the controls for a better user experience. Multiple selections in data monitoring are also improved in the latest version.
Thanks,

Maintenance Alarm Exclusions
Maintenance Alarm Exclusions
Currently Alarms to keep enabled during Maintenance is a 'global' setting across all Maintenance schedules.
Depending on the 'maintenance' being done alters the alarms that should stay active.
For example, Server Patching with reboots may have no alarms that are left reporting.
Whereas installing/updating various BizTalk applications alarms monitoring network/infrastructure of the environment would want to be left 'active'1 voteImplementation of Maintenance Alarm exclusions per maintenance schedule is covered in the latest version of BizTalk360 (10.2)

Make it possible to change alarm timing with key board
The new Angular UI lacks possibility to change values with keyboard. Please add back possibility to type clock intervalls for monitoring (in process monitoring).
With the new scroll features I am spedning way to much time configuring any alarm, and creating multiple ones is a nightmare.

Restrict the alarm auto-correct to specific time window
Presently, AutoCorrect still works outside the time window.
Ideally, I would have liked AUTOCORRECT for specific alarms to have a specific schedule.

1 voteHi ,
In BizTalk360 v10.7, users are given the flexibility to configure alarms in such a way that they can choose whether AutoCorrection should happen outside the monitoring schedule time or not. Upgrade to latest version.

Add Ability to Disable and Enable Specific Data Monitoring Entries
Occasionally I find it necessary to disable specific data monitors while a specific process is down or temporarily on hold. I don't want to disable the entire associated Alarm, as that would impact more than wanted. Since there is no Disable/Enable feature, I am forced to delete and recreate the Data Monitor instead.
1 voteFrom version 10.3 on the data monitoring schedule can be enabled or disabled based on the need .

Option to disable alerts for Data monitoring
We use data monitoring mainly for measuring purposes (analytics) and not for guarding the environment/processes.
To keep everything clean (especially when filtering the data monitor results) we do want to combine them into the same alarms as we use for guarding thresholds on the servers/artifacts.
So we would like to be able to disable alarm-triggers on each/all data monitor, the monitor just has to measure and put the result in its dashboard.1 voteHi ,
Now the data monitoring schedules can be disabled to stop monitor.

Ability to define a monitoring alarm based on the result of a Secure SQL Query
Hi,
I have the following use case: I want to send an email with the content of a Secure SQL query but only if there are records returned by the SQL Query (or if there are no records for example).
Unfortunately this is not possible.1 voteThis feature is available in the latest BizTalk360 version 10.6. The secure SQL Query results can be monitored in data monitoring.

Monitor Non-BizTalk/Non-SQL Servers
Currently we are able to monitor disks, resources, events and NT Services on BizTalk- and SQL-servers.
However our Integration-platform is bigger, we have several dedicated MSMQ- and IIS-servers which we would also like to monitor from within BT360.1 voteHi ,
You can add the external servers for monitoring using Add SQL Server option under Environment Settings->SQL Server. Here you can add Non BizTalk/SQL Servers , only constraint is the server should be under same domain .
Thanks ,

DataMonitoring DashBoard: display monitoring results while clicking is not working as expected
Hi,
In the DataMonitoring DashBoard, when we click on a particular alarm in the calendar, it displays the detail in a pane that is opened at the right.
But when this panel is displayed, if we click on another alarm the detail of this alarm does not replace the one that is currently displayed.
And sometimes when we click on the alarm nothing happened, the detail is not displayed.1 voteHi ,
BizTalk360 UI is revamped now, in which the data monitoring dashboard is improved a lot . Upgrade to latest version to see the changes .

Monitor IIS-state
BizTalk can receive message through different channels, MSMQ, FILE, webservices etc.
Those first 2 we can monitor using BizTalk360, the last we can't.
Yes I can monitor web-endpoints, but why take the hassle of monitoring each individual service if they run in the same app(pool).
We would like to be able to monitor the state of the website running the webservices AND the state of the apppools in use for receiving BizTalk-messages.1 voteHi ,
In BizTalk360 monitoring, users can effectively monitor the status of IIS Websites and App pools, with the added functionality of auto-correct actions. The monitoring service also performs audits to keep a record of the corrective actions taken for IIS Websites and App pools. Upgrade to latest version 10.7 to use this feature.

Auto correction for third-party adapters
Hi,
When we have a third party adapter (i.e. Schedule adapter for example), the auto-correct feature is not working and an error occured.
I don't know if it is possible to make it working?
If not, please fix this bug: when the auto-correct failed, it continously try to auto-correct and it enters in an infinit loop with an infinite number of emails...
Thanks.1 vote -
Sort by alphabetic order the
Hi,
When defining a new process monitor, the list of receive locations or send ports should be sorted in the alphabetical order and/or it could be great to have a search filter.1 voteIn the latest version of BizTalk360 v10.2, Receive Location/Send Ports are displayed in alphabetical order

Messaging latency SLA monitoring / alerting
Making extended use of the captured Messaging Performance analytics data, it would be good to be able to set a performance SLA for messaging through BizTalk. If the latency of a specific data interchange drops below the SLA threshold then raise an alert for investigation.
1 voteHi ,
Performance Monitoring feature in BizTalk360 data monitoring is enhanced to support BizTalk Messaging performance . Check out latest release notes v10.5.

Report emails
We have features to generate MBV / BHM reports for specific interval or schedule.
it will be good to have a email functionality so that these reports can be configured to be sent to a particular email address / distribution.1 vote -
API to create/update an alarm
Is there an API available that will allow me to create/update an alarm?
We have built a .Net based deployment tool that takes care of all of our deployments and it would be good if we could tie in the Alarm create/update for new artefacts as part of this process.
By Patrick Smith.
1 voteAPI's are exposed in BizTalk360 API documentation.

Independent email configuration for all the ports
We understand Email alerts will be sent only when the count is back to zero when number of alerts reaches its limit. In future versions, we hope independent email configuration for all the ports regardless of alert count with other port failures.
Idea shared by Suveera Nagabhyrava.
1 voteHi , By enabling the Alert Reset Option in the Alarm configuration, the system will automatically reset the alert count when it reaches the limit.
