Ability to monitor SSO service and clustered services
Our BizTalk runs on two application servers and two Db servers. We are facing one problem where we have now clustered our SQL server enterprise single sign on service, so if one of the sql server is down, the SSO sign on service will move to another node.
Earlier the monitoring setup in BizTalk360 was Ent SSO service on both the sql nodes were set as started. Now it is running on one node at a time and the second is inactive. There can be a condition where this node can be down, so other SSO service node will be…

Monitor "Store procedure" in SQL query monitoring
In the Custom SQL Queries panel, customer has defined a query, with the "EXEC" and calling a store procedure and it works very well. The query returns only one integer value. This is put (that call a store procedure) in the Database Query related with an alarm. But in the Database Query, the return value is empty. It seems to not get the return value? So the alarm is always in error. Hence the database query put into an alarm must support the call of a stored procedure.
-Idea by Martin Bergeron.
3 votesHi ,
Users can now manage to execute the stored procedure in a secure SQL query by enabling the option "Allow Stored Procedure Execution" in the Global Settings.

Don't save results for 'Do not monitor' artifacts
We have quite a lot of servers, and thus quite a few artifacts we monitor. However, we have way more artifacts (NTServices, SQL jobs, etc.) that we do not monitor. But I notice these artifacts still add rows to the table b360alertMonitor_LogStateCheck (with ExpectedState 2). This gives us a lot of useless rows in this table for things we don't want to monitor anyway. Is there a way to turn this off? We now have 17 million rows in this table, and we only keep this data for a week (the cleanup job works fine).
I can write…3 votesHi ,
New State called 'UnMapped' is introduced to maintain the artifacts which are not mapped for monitoring. Now the entries are not updated in the LogStateCheck table.

Greater max number of attempts for the Autocorrection
Today the max number of attempts for AutoCorrection is 10.
It could be good to have the ability to have a greater value than 10.3 votesWith Auto Correct reset capability we can extend the number of attempts in the Auto Correct feature

BizTalk Applications - Summary view of monitoring configuration
Currently when you are going to applications monitoring screen you have list of applications deployed, you then select one and then configure monitoring for receive locations, send ports and orchestrations.
It will be useful if you can a status a particular application is already monitored as part of xyz alarm. This will avoid people duplicating the efforts and also good overview of whether the applications (especially new ones) are monitored or not.
3 votesHi ,
The application artifacts which are not mapped to any of the alarms for monitoring will get listed under unmapped artifacts.

Improve the Alert History capabilities
From time to time I find myself wandering through the Alert History. At that times I often miss the capability to:
- Being able to see all records in the Alert History
- Have filtering capabilities like we know from Message Box queries and Graphical Flow
- Being able to show the actual mail which is being sent (I noticed this is in the database)3 votes -
Event Log monitoring - improve configuration UI
The drop down box for selecting event sources is too small. When you wanted to do multiple selections it's not very obvious you need to hold the Ctrl key, and when you wanted to select something from top of the list and some from the bottom of the list it makes it extremely harder to configure.
You can instead have some kind of add/remove items between two list and make the drop down box slightly bigger so it's easy to scroll.
3 votesHi , The Event Log Configuration UI is revamped in BizTalk360 version 10 .

Add a timer for disabling alarm for maintenance
It would be great if there was an option to set a timer for how long to disable an alarm. In today's busy world, sometimes an alarm is turned off for maintenance or testing, and users forget to re-enable once done. I would think a default of 24 hours would be more than sufficient.
2 votesHi ,
This can achieve by using Automated Task feature in BizTalk360.Create custom work flow and map the alarms that you want to disable ,then configure the schedule time to disable the selected alarm during that time.

For IBM MQ we want to be able to enter the host name rather than the ip address
If we could enter the host name rather than IP address we would not be required to make a change if the backend MQ server was migrated to a new ip address thru an upgrade.

This has been addressed in latest version of BizTalk360 v10.5.

Ability to send a Report depending on the result of a Secure SQL Query
Hi,
In the last version of BizTalk360, we have the ability to display Secure SQL Queries in Report which is good.
But now what is missing is the ability to send a report depending on the result of a Secure SQL Query. The use case is that on our side we have existing SQL Server Reports we want to replace with BizTalk360. These reports are sent by email to users only if for example a query returns results, or at the opposite if one query is not returning any results.2 votesAnalytics reporting has been improved. Use SQL Query reporting to get the results in csv format, and you will not receive an email if the query returns no records.

Ability to do a quick add for new artefacts in apps
Hi,
Here is the use case: I have a BizTalk application with artefacts and the related BizTalk360 alarms with all artefacts mapped.
Now, I add a new receive location or send port in the application. It could be very useful to have the ability to detect, in BizTalk360, that for a particular alarm, there are "not mapped" artefacts and provide the ability to map them automatically.2 votesThis scenario can be achieved by configuring the Alarm to Monitor Unmapped Artifacts . This functionality is available in latest version 10.6 .

New feature requests on Autocorrect
I have couple of new feature requests for BizTalk360.
- Receive Location/Send Port/Orchestration - Auto Correct (set time)
- Option to configure BizTalk360 to try to auto correct artifacts in scheduled time (every 1 hour 5 times).
- Use case: BizTalk Receive Location A goes in disabled state. BizTalk360 tries to auto correct Receive Location 5 times and fails to restart port. Alarm email is sent to monitoring person, but it is night time and person is not available to react on alarm email. Receive Location stays disabled until monitoring person comes to work etc. and activates Receive Location manually.
…Solution: Set time
2 votesAutocorrect reset capability will solve this use case.
It is implemented in the latest versions of BizTalk360. -
