  1. Ability to set Collapsed Tree view as default

    I'd like to set the Collapsed Tree view as default for the Monitoring Dashboard, then I can easily at a glance see what is green and what has a problem without having to select 'Collapsed' from the standard Tree view.

  2. Allow the ability to amend Service Windows on Receive Locations

    We have several receive locations which have an overnight window. When we come in first thing in the morning and find suspended messages related to those location, we need to disable the service window, re drop the files it has to pick up, wait until it has consumed the files then turn the window back on.

    Our currently workflow involves logging onto our BizTalk server, opening the admin console, navigating the tree to the correct receive location, opening it, disable the window, wait for the files to play through, then enable it again.

    We would love to remove the need…

  3. Quick filter - textbox for searching in applications

    Quick filter for searching in applications.
    When you have many applications in your BizTalk environment you are forced to scroll down to the bottom of the page and use pagination in order to view next applications. I think it would be a great idea to have a textbox at the beginning of the page where you can type in parts of your application name or description to filter your list.

    In my case I currently have 5 pages to scroll thru, not very user friendly.

  4. Update Custom Notification Channel DLL

    It is currently possible to change the name of a custom notification channel when clicking edit. It would be handy to be able to update the DLL for that notification channel. If a new DLL is uploaded it could check whether it differs from the current DLL content saved in the database.
    This way it is possible to update a channel without having to remove it so we don't lose all our alarm configurations.

  5. Schedule Disable & Enable back Receive Locations of BizTalk application.

    We have a scenario where we need to schedule to Disable & Enable back Receive Locations of BizTalk application, and this has to be done After Hours every month during the monthly Server maintenance nights.

    Currently we are doing this manually where we disable Receive Locations at 5pm and then Enable it back at 10pm.

    So before the server maintenance window begins, we Disable the Receive locations. By doing this, the various LOB systems hold and queue up the events they need to push to BizTalk within their own systems until this service window. After the maintenance window is closed,…

  6. Only one Host Instance of selected host instances active

    Would like the option to select several host instances and have the option to only have one active.
    For instance in a non clustered BizTalk group to be able to have polling instances only active on of the machines in the bt group

    In 9.0 Phase 2 release, the introduction of At least one active state in Host Instances Monitoring helps you to choose the host instances to monitor any one of host instances for both cluster and Non-Cluster Host Instances.

  7. Ability to save Email Distribution lists

    Ability to create email distributions lists that are saved and can be reused for future alerts. This will prevent from having to type an Email over and over again. Allows for reuse.

  9. Knowledgebase should be searchable

    Knowledge base should be searchable, both free text search and searching for all knowledge base articles connect to a variant of artifacts. i.e all articles for this application and this send port.

  10. Auditing on message content view

    We using BizTalk360 to manage the integrations for while now. We use the BizTalk360 application mainly for our Integration Management Groups. In each group there are one or more persons responsible for the integration flow.

    Then there’s me, responsible for that the BizTalk plattform itself is running.

    BizTalk360 are allowed to see message content on suspended instance, because they need to take action depending on content. This can be sensitive data. We already see that a person terminates or resumes a instance. What we lack is auditing when users are looking at the message content. By regulation we need to…

  11. Ability to Stop, Start, and Auto Correct Send Port Groups

    We have applications that have Send Port Groups and we will not be able to fully stop or start the application within BizTalk 360 if we do not have this functionality. It would also be nice to be able to Auto Correct Send Port Groups.

  12. View MDN message in AS2 log

    NRR enabled for outbound MDN" and "NRR enabled for inbound MDN" options enabled in AS2 agreement configuration in parties profile. We can view the associated MDN message by right-click on a AS2/MDN Status record in BizTalk Admin Console. However they cannot view MDN message in BizTalk360

    If possible, please also enable the feature to “view message decoded/encoded format” which is an available option in the same property dropdown list as “View Mdn Message” if NRR is enabled in AS2 agreement with the party.

  14. Zooming feature in Graphical Flow (Tracking)

    I have been using graphical view tracking of BizTalk360. But encountered that it's unreadable when orchestration (or may be anything) has many message transactions. Refer the attachment. We have many BizTalk integration which has more than 10 calls happening at the orchestration and graphical view tracking is not very useful in our cases.

    Good to have zoom-in features when there are many messages.

  15. Message Box Queries Customization grid also new drop downs

    I would like to get below options in the message box queries in upcoming BizTalk 360 version.

    1. Adding or customizable grid with the column name Processing Server(Message Box server) where we have 4 BizTalk servers and users are intrested to know on which server particular instance/message is being processing so that users can take action according to that and it helps during the applicatin troubleshoot.

    2. Adding subscription in the select query. where it helps users to get their subscription details expression. Currently its available in admin console we suggest to add it in BizTalk 360 so that users can check…

  18. Outage Management integration for Artifacts.

    We can group artifacts to support an outage. For example we can support an outage to an email system by grouping Artifacts that are pointed to that system and then click a "button" to disable all the send/receive ports pointing to that system. It integrates through SCOM using an API to but those same porting in maintenance mode, also.

  20. To extract message content details along with the suspended instances detail in excel format.

    Presently there is a feature where we can export the suspended instances detail in the excel sheet, but we cannot get the inner message body content in the excel sheet.
    There are times when we have 500 plus suspended instances and it becomes difficult to extract the details one by one so as to verify from the user, It would be convenient if the message content details can also be extracted in the excel sheet simultaneously as it would save a lot of time from doing the copy-paste activity.

    Hi, 

    BizTalk360 already holds the functionality to download the instance and the message content. 'Export to excel' option will only export the instance details however to download the instance and its message content use the 'Download' option. with this, u can download the message content in the server and you can also attach the same to an email.
