  1. autocorrect

    When we deploy a new version of a BizTalk application to our environment, we want it to be up and running as soon as the deployment process has completed. In the past, we have used an Azure DevOps task to put BizTalk360 in maintenance mode, and to end the maintenance at the end of the deployment. We do this by calling the BizTalk360 API

    We notice that the autocorrection does not always kick in immediately, so we would like to have a possibility to make an API call to for the autocorrection linked to a specified alarm to be executed.

  2. Custom Columns in ESB Exception section

  3. BizTalk 360 Dashboard Feature: Save the reports to a specified file location.

    Current BizTalk 360 Analytics Dashboard support only sending Analytics reports via email. Kindly add a new feature in Analytics Dashboard to save the reports to a specified file location automatically. This helps customers to view the report at any time and use the report in the future effectively.

  4. Be able to edit/delete a custom widget from the "Add widget" menu

    You should be able to edit/delete a custom widget from the "Add widget" menu.

    I made a mistake in implementing one of my custom widget, so now I have to make a whole new one, and with a different name (because they cant have the same names) just to implement that same widget.

  5. Ability to set Collapsed Tree view as default

    I'd like to set the Collapsed Tree view as default for the Monitoring Dashboard, then I can easily at a glance see what is green and what has a problem without having to select 'Collapsed' from the standard Tree view.

  6. BHM Maintenance options

    Can we add BHM Maintenance Option which can be used to clean Orphan transactions and other maintenance task . This way we have BHM fully integrated into 360.

    In the latest version 11.6, we have introduced the integration of BHM Maintenance Tasks directly within BizTalk360.

    With this enhancement, BizTalk360 can automatically execute recommended BHM maintenance activities such as cleaning orphan transactions, purging, database optimization, and more based on the latest BHM report data. You can also configure notifications to stay informed about any suggested maintenance actions.

  7. Allow the ability to amend Service Windows on Receive Locations

    We have several receive locations which have an overnight window. When we come in first thing in the morning and find suspended messages related to those location, we need to disable the service window, re drop the files it has to pick up, wait until it has consumed the files then turn the window back on.

    Our currently workflow involves logging onto our BizTalk server, opening the admin console, navigating the tree to the correct receive location, opening it, disable the window, wait for the files to play through, then enable it again.

    We would love to remove the need…

  8. Add the ability to recycle IIS apppool(s) and IIS restarts from BT360. A feature similar to how we restart host instances in BT360 is ideal

    Currently we have to create a health check alarm and schedule a time to execute a PowerShell Notification Channel to restart IIS.

    Please condiser adding the ability to monitor and recycle IIS apppool(s) and IIS restarts from BT360. A feature similar to how we restart host instances in BT360 would be ideal

  9. Quick filter - textbox for searching in applications

    Quick filter for searching in applications.
    When you have many applications in your BizTalk environment you are forced to scroll down to the bottom of the page and use pagination in order to view next applications. I think it would be a great idea to have a textbox at the beginning of the page where you can type in parts of your application name or description to filter your list.

    In my case I currently have 5 pages to scroll thru, not very user friendly.

  10. Update Custom Notification Channel DLL

    It is currently possible to change the name of a custom notification channel when clicking edit. It would be handy to be able to update the DLL for that notification channel. If a new DLL is uploaded it could check whether it differs from the current DLL content saved in the database.
    This way it is possible to update a channel without having to remove it so we don't lose all our alarm configurations.

  11. Schedule Disable & Enable back Receive Locations of BizTalk application.

    We have a scenario where we need to schedule to Disable & Enable back Receive Locations of BizTalk application, and this has to be done After Hours every month during the monthly Server maintenance nights.

    Currently we are doing this manually where we disable Receive Locations at 5pm and then Enable it back at 10pm.

    So before the server maintenance window begins, we Disable the Receive locations. By doing this, the various LOB systems hold and queue up the events they need to push to BizTalk within their own systems until this service window. After the maintenance window is closed,…

  12. Outage Management integration for Artifacts.

    We can group artifacts to support an outage. For example we can support an outage to an email system by grouping Artifacts that are pointed to that system and then click a "button" to disable all the send/receive ports pointing to that system. It integrates through SCOM using an API to but those same porting in maintenance mode, also.

  13. Only one Host Instance of selected host instances active

    Would like the option to select several host instances and have the option to only have one active.
    For instance in a non clustered BizTalk group to be able to have polling instances only active on of the machines in the bt group

    In 9.0 Phase 2 release, the introduction of At least one active state in Host Instances Monitoring helps you to choose the host instances to monitor any one of host instances for both cluster and Non-Cluster Host Instances.

  14. BizTalk Best Practices Analyser

    It would be good if BizTalk360 was integrated with the BizTalk Best Practices Analyser:

    - Schedule the running of scans.
    - Store the history of scan reports (within specified purge settings).
    - Store which "best practices" you want to ignore (with a justification specified).
    - Alert if any "best practices" fail following a scheduled scan (that you don't want to ignore).

  15. Restrict access to message content for Tech Support on Application (integration) level

    We need to protect message content from Biztalk technical support (outsourced) in about 50 of 500 Biztalk applications.
    Access will be necessery in 450 applications (integrations) for error handling, but for 50 the payload cannot be viewed due to export control regulations.
    Now it's just possible to restrict access to all or nothing regarding message content,.

  16. Ability to save Email Distribution lists

    Ability to create email distributions lists that are saved and can be reused for future alerts. This will prevent from having to type an Email over and over again. Allows for reuse.

  17. Allow "Is In Range" option for EventId filter in Advanced Event Viewer

    This would allow us to get the logs of a specific application when all applications have a predefined range of EventIds.

    Also, we would need to be able to enter the EventIds as free text instead of a combo box.

    Hi,

    BizTalk360 version 10.7 have enhanced capabilities in Advanced Event Viewer. These improvements include the option to create nested filter conditions and the "IsBetween" option to filter Event Ids within specified ranges. This improvement provides greater flexibility and control over event filtering.

    Our analyst and support team want to view the actual AS2 message contents sent and the MDN message contents received from Trading Partners.

  19. Inside view for Dynamic ports in BT360

    We are using Dynamic ports and we don’t have any inside view thru BizTalk360 for those ports, we can’t see which adapter running under the host instances

  20. Knowledgebase should be searchable

    Knowledge base should be searchable, both free text search and searching for all knowledge base articles connect to a variant of artifacts. i.e all articles for this application and this send port.
