  1. Permissions to control if a user can do 'Terminate instance'

    The ability to do 'Terminate' on an instance should be controlled by permissions to make sure that not all users can do this. The consequences of terminating an instance which has ordered delivery enabled on it can be severe since all the messages 'in queue' are deleted when the instance is terminated. Some users should be able to do 'Resume' without have the rigts to do 'Terminate'

  2. "Advanced Event Viewer with the filter of messages"

    About this topic "Advanced Event Viewer with the filter of messages".On the very old versions of B360, this filter was usable with the "contains" operations. So we were able to search for a specific keyword in the event logs and B360 was able to get the results. In the actual version, we only have the option "is equal to", so we have to write the exact message to get a fetch, which is impossible. Our helpdesk still request to get a direct access to the Biztalk Server to

  3. Add Word Wrap/Formatting to Message Details

    Messages can be very large, so it's difficult to read them on the same line. We end up downloading them and reformatting them in VS or notepad++... Would be nice to be able to do that directly in 360...

    The SQL field is 4,096 chars so a one line textbox is too small. Make it bigger or resizable

  5. Show all applications for users who are no superuser

    In User Acces Policy you can give access for all Applications and for all custom queries.
    I'd expect all Applications and all Custom queries will select everything from the table so you don't have to change this after adding an Application or a Custom Query.

    Unfortunately this doesn't work like my expectation. So I have to change this for multiple user everytime an applicaton or a custom query is added.
    And this happens many times because we have many Applications and new Applications are added almost every month.

  6. Rename a messaging pattern directly from the detail

    In the Messaging Pattern list, if I click on a GUID for a not-named messaging pattern, I open the detailed view of the flow.
    From here, if I want to rename the pattern, it is not possible... so I need to go back to the list, and search with the GUID and then rename it...
    It could be much more convenient to renamed it directly from the graphical message flow.

  7. Support message security for resubmit

    All our BizTalk services need to support message security (TransportWithMessageCredential to be precise). This includes any resubmit services. At the moment there is no way to specify client credentials in BizTalk360, so the suggestion is to support client credentials for message resubmission.

  8. Increase the maximum number of attachments to download

    There is a limit of 50 attachments to download in Graphical Flow (Tracking).
    Must there be a limit?
    I suggest that max matches will set the upper limit, but to keep the configuration so it is possible to set the limit lower for those who need it.

  9. Improve filter options in Data monitoring screen under "SET DATA FILTER"

    The filter options under Data Monitoring alert are very limited.
    Example: For query type 'Suspended Service Instances', the 'Add Filter' only has one condition 'Is Equal to'.
    Which means, we cannot create filters like 'Is Not Equal to'.
    This is specially important when we don't want to monitor suspended messages of specific port/application/service/host for example.

  10. Publish Secure SQL Query as Widget

    We just want to publish the query results on the dashboard in tabular format. At this point we don't yet need fancy PowerBI graphical view of this data.

  11. A grid added to Stop Alerts for Maintenance, so you are able to view, edit, delete future maintenance schedules

    Currently you are not able to view, edit, or delete Stop Alerts for Maintenance entries. I like to be able to enter Stop Alerts in the future for upcoming maintenance windows. We need to be able to view, edit, or delete those Stop Alerts.

  12. Wildcard to event log sources for Avanced Event Viewer

    Currently, you can only enter specific event sources. With a naming convention of custom event sources, it would be a lot easier to enter and maintain the Custom Event Viewer if we could use wildcards.

  13. Resubmit functionality for ESB Itinerary based solutions

    Currently BizTalk 360 doesn’t support generic resubmission for Itinerary based solutions where the itinerary attached to the message in the ESB Exception database is resubmitted along with the message so that the message continues on at from the same step it previously failed at. This should be a general resubmission mechanism for all Itinerary based solutions.

  14. Content for error alerts

    Hi,
    In the current version, the threshhold alarm configured to send error alerts contains all the artefacts including working and errors which is consusing. It would be good to see only errors in the alerts and the working stuff is any how specified in the health check alerts.

  16. Configure Email Ids for UP alerts

    Currently when an alarm is created, we can enter the email ids to which the DOWN and UP alerts will be sent to. This is OK if the same recipients are targeted for both DOWN and UP alerts. However, if the alerts are sent to a support system that creates the tickets for the support team to action then we need ONLY the DOWN alerts to be sent to the support system. And configure separate email ids for the UP alerts (excluding support system) to avoid the creation of automatic tickets for UP alerts.

  18. export / import all settings/config (not just alarms)

    as per subject.

    Ability to save msgbox queries, export then import to other envs (e.g. test to prod). Same for event viewer.
    Custom sql queries, BAM, etc.

  19. Extend filter options in ESB Exceptions screen

    When we need to filter in the ESB Exceptions screen we would like to use some additional fields, which are available in the screen.

  20. Detail view for custom SQL queries

    Currently you can configure SQL queries and see the results in the BizTalk360 web interface.

    In some cases you may be using columns with long text and it's difficult to view it in the table/grid result view. It will be useful if you can have a detail view, where the user can click on a particular row, which then opens a window or blade and show all the content.
