Add Ability to Disable and Enable Specific Data Monitoring Entries
Occasionally I find it necessary to disable specific data monitors while a specific process is down or temporarily on hold. I don't want to disable the entire associated Alarm, as that would impact more than wanted. Since there is no Disable/Enable feature, I am forced to delete and recreate the Data Monitor instead.
1 voteFrom version 10.3 on the data monitoring schedule can be enabled or disabled based on the need .

monitoring parties & agreements
Agreements in a party can get disabled, it would be great if we can perform auto start and monitoring on it.
2 votesEDI Parties and Agreement Monitoring is now available in BizTalk360 latest release v10.3.

File masks without any extensions support
BizTalk server 2013 R2 only the file names with the extensions were supported.
From BizTalk server 2016, this type (PPI*) of file masks without any extensions are supported. Hence we request to enhance the file monitoring feature to get the counts for all the file masks irrespective of the file extensions.1 vote -
Monitor Non-BizTalk/Non-SQL Servers
Currently we are able to monitor disks, resources, events and NT Services on BizTalk- and SQL-servers.
However our Integration-platform is bigger, we have several dedicated MSMQ- and IIS-servers which we would also like to monitor from within BT360.1 voteHi ,
You can add the external servers for monitoring using Add SQL Server option under Environment Settings->SQL Server. Here you can add Non BizTalk/SQL Servers , only constraint is the server should be under same domain .
Thanks ,

Report # of messages / application
I would like to see a Report over ## of messages per application and a Report over ## of messages / day / week / month totally(all applications)
We all know that statistics and diagrams is the major thing in all powerpoints so I want to add some extra into it.

Ability to monitor RabbitMQ (on seperate host)
We're currently looking into implementing RabbitMQ. For monitoring they offer API's. However all our current monitoring tools don't offer build-in support to monitor RabbitMQ. Since it will be part of our integration platform we would like to be able to monitor this using BT360

Ability to do a quick add for new artefacts in apps
Hi,
Here is the use case: I have a BizTalk application with artefacts and the related BizTalk360 alarms with all artefacts mapped.
Now, I add a new receive location or send port in the application. It could be very useful to have the ability to detect, in BizTalk360, that for a particular alarm, there are "not mapped" artefacts and provide the ability to map them automatically.2 votesThis scenario can be achieved by configuring the Alarm to Monitor Unmapped Artifacts . This functionality is available in latest version 10.6 .

Age-based monitoring for Data Monitoring
When creating a Data Monitoring alarm, it would be great to be able to check for instances which are older than XX days/minutes/seconds.
For example : let's say we have 2 dehydrated (or suspended, or whatever) orchestrations, 1 created 3 days ago and 1 only 10 minutes ago. This feature would allow BizTalk360 to raise an alarm for instances that take too much time to complete, or suspended instances that have obviously been overlooked.
9 votesThis feature request has been incorporated in the latest version of BizTalk360 v10.1. To know more read the release notes (https://docs.biztalk360.com/docs/v101)

Monitor IIS-state
BizTalk can receive message through different channels, MSMQ, FILE, webservices etc.
Those first 2 we can monitor using BizTalk360, the last we can't.
Yes I can monitor web-endpoints, but why take the hassle of monitoring each individual service if they run in the same app(pool).
We would like to be able to monitor the state of the website running the webservices AND the state of the apppools in use for receiving BizTalk-messages.1 voteHi ,
In BizTalk360 monitoring, users can effectively monitor the status of IIS Websites and App pools, with the added functionality of auto-correct actions. The monitoring service also performs audits to keep a record of the corrective actions taken for IIS Websites and App pools. Upgrade to latest version 10.7 to use this feature.

certificate validity alarm
The certificate used for https or AS2 has a validity date, after this date they are no more valid and the process stops. Would be nice if you could implemant a new feature the send an alarm when this date is getting closer.
5 votesHi,
Version 11.0 introduces Certificate Monitoring, a feature designed to monitor the validity of installed certificates within both BizTalk Server and IIS Server environments. By enabling expiration notifications, you'll receive alerts prior to the certificates' expiry dates. This functionality encompasses SSL certificates within IIS servers, as well as EDI Partner and AS2 certificates within BizTalk Server.

Azure ServiceBus queues monitoring: add a threshold to check old message
Hi,
When monitoring a queue/subscription in BizTalk360, is it possible to monitor the "age" of messages.
For example, I need it for the following use case: I want to be alerted if there are messages in the queue that are older than x days for example. Because it means for me that messages are not consumed (and in my use case, maybe only one message is in the queue but it is not consumed).7 votes -
Data monitoring alert roll up
We have data monitoring alerts setup for a number of customers such as count > 0 in last 15/30/60 minutes etc. This obviously results in individual emails, however it would be good to be able to roll up emails. For example if I have a customer that doesn’t place an order from 10-11 and then 11-12 and then 12-1pm, can I get emails to roll up so each subsequent email shows the previous failures? Otherwise I will just have three separate emails which I have to check for each customer to see how long they have not been placing an…

'Do not monitor' option for Web Endpoints monitoring
Kindly introduce a new feature 'Do Not Monitor' in the 'Web Endpoints' section so that we can make the web endpoints active / inactive on need basis.
Currently we dont have any option but to remove the endpoint in case of any issue.3 votesFrom BizTalk360 version 9.1 onward enable/disable the monitoring for Web Endpoints

“Assign to me” function
Inspired by some of the sessions at Integrate2017, I suggest you analyse the possibilities to develop an “Assign to me” function. Let me describe a bit more…
An alert-email goes out as a Biztalk send port is down. This email goes to a group, in our case 6 recipients. Then, who’s going to fix this? Maybe there could be a button in the email and when I click it, the status in 360-db on this alert goes to “ongoing work”/”under investigation” or something like that, with my ad-name as responsible. Then, another email goes out to the group as the…

Remove orphaned for BizTalk Servers and SQL Servers monitoring
Hi,
When we import an alarm from one environment to another, there are sometimes orphaned artefacts.
You already have a button "Remove orphaned" in Applications (for send ports, receive locations,..) but this feature does not exist for Disk and System Resources when monitoring BizTalk and SQL Servers.3 votes -
Restrict alarms by user group
When defining alarms it should be possible to separate alarms by "user group". Essentially we will be sharing access to BT360 with our client and we would like them to be able to create their own alarms for their applications. However we don't want them to be able to edit (or delete) our alarms. It should be possible to separate alarms by user group.
7 votesRestricting the alarms by user access policies request has been implemented in the latest version of BizTalk360

Messaging latency SLA monitoring / alerting
Making extended use of the captured Messaging Performance analytics data, it would be good to be able to set a performance SLA for messaging through BizTalk. If the latency of a specific data interchange drops below the SLA threshold then raise an alert for investigation.
1 voteHi ,
Performance Monitoring feature in BizTalk360 data monitoring is enhanced to support BizTalk Messaging performance . Check out latest release notes v10.5.

Support SQL cluster monitoring
When SQL 1 server went down and SQL 2 (clustering) starts running BizTalk Server starts capturing and running. But BizTalk360 still pointing to that SQL1 sever and keep pooping the message "Disks: Configured Disk . No longer exist in the Server XXXXXXX." we expect BizTalk360 should support SQL Cluster Monitoring.

Displaying an Alarm Dashboard
We set up several alarms for different dataflows we have in our BizTalk environment (with different time-schedules).
We would like to setup the dashboard on a Big screen for monitoring-purposes. However switch between alarms in the dashboard is pointless in this situation. We would like to suggest an Alarm-dashboard which shows the status of all the alarms. This is a screen we can put on a big screen.- Idea shared by Joost Easton.
