Messaging latency SLA monitoring / alerting
Making extended use of the captured Messaging Performance analytics data, it would be good to be able to set a performance SLA for messaging through BizTalk. If the latency of a specific data interchange drops below the SLA threshold then raise an alert for investigation.

Just to elaborate a bit on this:
- We have SLA with partners that we integrate with through BizTalk.(e.g. responses to requests should be within 3 seconds 90% of time, etc).
- It would be great if BizTalk 360 had functionality to enable reporting against such SLAs.
