  2. Add Word Wrap/Formatting to Message Details

    Messages can be very large, so it's difficult to read them on the same line. We end up downloading them and reformatting them in VS or notepad++... Would be nice to be able to do that directly in 360...

  3. Support message security for resubmit

    All our BizTalk services need to support message security (TransportWithMessageCredential to be precise). This includes any resubmit services. At the moment there is no way to specify client credentials in BizTalk360, so the suggestion is to support client credentials for message resubmission.

  4. Configure Email Ids for UP alerts

    Currently when an alarm is created, we can enter the email ids to which the DOWN and UP alerts will be sent to. This is OK if the same recipients are targeted for both DOWN and UP alerts. However, if the alerts are sent to a support system that creates the tickets for the support team to action then we need ONLY the DOWN alerts to be sent to the support system. And configure separate email ids for the UP alerts (excluding support system) to avoid the creation of automatic tickets for UP alerts.

  6. Send events to ServiceNow Event module

    The Event Module for ServiceNow is a part of “Service Monitoring”.
    This enables correlation of events and alerts from a number of monitoring systems to view Business and Service Impact
    Grouping Event->Alerts (correlation) using AI (Machine Learning) to predict Incidents.
    Suppressing Events (Incidents) during change and maintenance.

    We would like to have the possibilites to send events from BTS360 to ServiceNow event module.

  7. Add info what was DOWN in UP Alert

    When UP alert is triggered and I have multiple down alerts I have to wonder what UP is related to DOWN one
    It would be easier to see what was wrong in UP alert not the current healthy status of everything

  8. Problems rotating dashboards on a monitor

    We have a single monitor on a wall near our BizTalk DevOps team. This is used to display dashboards for Azure, VSTS and BizTalk360.

    We use the “Tab Carousel” add-in for Chrome to rotate the pages.

    We have the following problems rotating BizTalk360 Monitoring dashboards:
    - We cannot display the "full screen" version.
    - Zoom settings are lost.
    - Dashboard 2 will refresh back to Dashboard 1 (first in drop down list).

  9. Customize the Legend for Analytics widgets

    Is it possible to customize the host performance widget to show logical biztalk host name instead of the win service name?
    Difficult for us to relate to which biztalkhost this performance graph reports on.

  10. BizTalk Best Practices Analyser

    It would be good if BizTalk360 was integrated with the BizTalk Best Practices Analyser:

    - Schedule the running of scans.
    - Store the history of scan reports (within specified purge settings).
    - Store which "best practices" you want to ignore (with a justification specified).
    - Alert if any "best practices" fail following a scheduled scan (that you don't want to ignore).

  11. Auditing on message content view

    We using BizTalk360 to manage the integrations for while now. We use the BizTalk360 application mainly for our Integration Management Groups. In each group there are one or more persons responsible for the integration flow.

    Then there’s me, responsible for that the BizTalk plattform itself is running.

    BizTalk360 are allowed to see message content on suspended instance, because they need to take action depending on content. This can be sensitive data. We already see that a person terminates or resumes a instance. What we lack is auditing when users are looking at the message content. By regulation we need to…

  12. Able to view when (and why) Alarms are disabled (Alarm Governance and auditing)

    An installation of a BizTalk Application in an environment which is monitored with BizTalk360. Therefore I disabled some alarms, which I am going to enable today. I noticed that another alarm is disabled from which I’m not sure if I disabled it yesterday or that, for some reason, I did it before.

    For that reason I would like to have an overview of when alarms were disabled/enabled and it would be great if it would be possible to enter a reason why the alarm was disabled.

    It would also be hulpful to be able to sort the Alarm Status column…

  13. ESB filter options- Improvement

    1.Need an filter on failure column values that currently exist in the exception fault table. So that we can setup a proactive alarm on an application.

    2.The only available filter expression is "is Equal To"

    3. Filter with an 'OR' condition on the same column. i.e. Application is Equal To 'App1' or 'App2'. You can add another filter, but then you lose the selection of 'Application" on the second filter

    4.There is no filtering defined for Scope
    5.The only filter available on Exception Stack Trace is 'Is Equal To'

    2. Now Exception Stack Trace has ‘Contains’ operator for filtering

    Remaining items are in our development pipeline

  14. Alert if message are active for over a day

    Messages are in Active status over days. Which is wasting resources. BizTalk 360 should be able to monitor and alert, if a message has been in Active in Running Service Instance for over 3 hours

  15. Wildcard to event log sources for Avanced Event Viewer

    Currently, you can only enter specific event sources. With a naming convention of custom event sources, it would be a lot easier to enter and maintain the Custom Event Viewer if we could use wildcards.

  16. Saving Tracked messages

    From time to time I need to save Tracked messages. When the messages are small, it is easy to select and copy the XML of those messages in the Graphical Flow module. But in case messages are larger than a couple KB's, it is tough to impossible (msgs over 50000 chars got truncated) to select and copy that XML.

    For that reason I would like to have a button to be able to save Tracked messages.

  17. Widget to display the flow performances in the Analytics DashBoard

    When pinning a Flow in the Analytics DashBoard, it could be very good to have a graph with the performances of the flow (average response time, number of messages, ...) like the graphs displayed in front of the flow in the Analytics web pages.

  18. Default Profile Date & Time Format

    All our users are in the UK. Would be nice to default the Date & Time Format for a profile to DD-MM-YYYY HH:mm:ss rather than expecting every user to change their profile settings.

  19. Add re-occurring maintenance window options and a section to view scheduled windows

    With version 8.8 we now have the ability to schedule multiple maintenance windows in the future. Thank you very much!

    Can we add the ability to schedule maintenance window re-occurrence. Including a way to view and modify them.

    If possible it would be nice if we could or schedule skipping an occurrence or simply temporarily disable and re-enable it later, rather than having to delete and recreate.

  20. Unlimited extraction of tracked messages from biztalkdtadb

    Sometimes I need to extract several thousand messages from tracking database (DTA). In BizTalk360 there is currently a limitation of 500 messages and 10mb file size (zip)
