Increase the maximum number of attachments to download
There is a limit of 50 attachments to download in Graphical Flow (Tracking).
Must there be a limit?
I suggest that max matches will set the upper limit, but to keep the configuration so it is possible to set the limit lower for those who need it.7 votesGraphical Flow attachment is not restricted by count but it's by attachment size. Number of the email attachment is allowed up to mail restriction Size (10 MB max) in system settings.

Resubmit functionality for ESB Itinerary based solutions
Currently BizTalk 360 doesn’t support generic resubmission for Itinerary based solutions where the itinerary attached to the message in the ESB Exception database is resubmitted along with the message so that the message continues on at from the same step it previously failed at. This should be a general resubmission mechanism for all Itinerary based solutions.

Keep the filter capabilities and column headers viewable while scrolling through lists
In several views (Message Box queries, Graphical Flow, Applications, etc..) it can occur that you get more results than fits on screen. You can use the scroll bar to view the remaining results.
But while scrolling, the filter capabilities and the column headers, disappear from the screen. It would be great if this would stay visible while scrolling.

To extract message content details along with the suspended instances detail in excel format.
Presently there is a feature where we can export the suspended instances detail in the excel sheet, but we cannot get the inner message body content in the excel sheet.
There are times when we have 500 plus suspended instances and it becomes difficult to extract the details one by one so as to verify from the user, It would be convenient if the message content details can also be extracted in the excel sheet simultaneously as it would save a lot of time from doing the copy-paste activity.6 votesHi,
BizTalk360 already holds the functionality to download the instance and the message content. 'Export to excel' option will only export the instance details however to download the instance and its message content use the 'Download' option. with this, u can download the message content in the server and you can also attach the same to an email.
Thanks ,

Only one Host Instance of selected host instances active
Would like the option to select several host instances and have the option to only have one active.
For instance in a non clustered BizTalk group to be able to have polling instances only active on of the machines in the bt group6 votesIn 9.0 Phase 2 release, the introduction of At least one active state in Host Instances Monitoring helps you to choose the host instances to monitor any one of host instances for both cluster and Non-Cluster Host Instances.

Send notifications to only custom channel and not to email
When integrating BizTalk360 with another system using the custom notification channel feature, it's still mandatory to input email id in the Basic Details section. We would like to suggest making the email id optional if you're using notification channels. When integrating with a ticketing system for example, you will often be using the ticketing system's own email notification system and would not need for BizTalk360 to send emails as well. Or you might not want to use emails at all and rely on other notifications.

View MDN message in AS2 log
NRR enabled for outbound MDN" and "NRR enabled for inbound MDN" options enabled in AS2 agreement configuration in parties profile. We can view the associated MDN message by right-click on a AS2/MDN Status record in BizTalk Admin Console. However they cannot view MDN message in BizTalk360
If possible, please also enable the feature to “view message decoded/encoded format” which is an available option in the same property dropdown list as “View Mdn Message” if NRR is enabled in AS2 agreement with the party.

Adding new application should automatically give access in User access policy
In User Access Policy you can give access for all Applications and for all custom queries.
I'd expect all Applications and all Custom queries will select everything from the table so you don't have to change this after adding an Application or a Custom Query.
Unfortunately this doesn't work like my expectation. So I have to change this for multiple user everytime an applicaton or a custom query is added.
And this happens many times because we have many Applications and new Applications are added almost every month.

Support message security for resubmit
All our BizTalk services need to support message security (TransportWithMessageCredential to be precise). This includes any resubmit services. At the moment there is no way to specify client credentials in BizTalk360, so the suggestion is to support client credentials for message resubmission.

Wildcard to event log sources for Avanced Event Viewer
Currently, you can only enter specific event sources. With a naming convention of custom event sources, it would be a lot easier to enter and maintain the Custom Event Viewer if we could use wildcards.

Configure Email Ids for UP alerts
Currently when an alarm is created, we can enter the email ids to which the DOWN and UP alerts will be sent to. This is OK if the same recipients are targeted for both DOWN and UP alerts. However, if the alerts are sent to a support system that creates the tickets for the support team to action then we need ONLY the DOWN alerts to be sent to the support system. And configure separate email ids for the UP alerts (excluding support system) to avoid the creation of automatic tickets for UP alerts.
6 votesConfigure Email Ids for Up alerts and Auto Correct actions can be achieved through new SMTP Notification Channel feature in 9.0 version. Please refer the following article for more detail

Update Custom Notification Channel DLL
It is currently possible to change the name of a custom notification channel when clicking edit. It would be handy to be able to update the DLL for that notification channel. If a new DLL is uploaded it could check whether it differs from the current DLL content saved in the database.
This way it is possible to update a channel without having to remove it so we don't lose all our alarm configurations.5 votesThis feature has come as part of the version 8.9.5 release. Sing up to our newsletter to be notified of upcoming releases

Schedule Disable & Enable back Receive Locations of BizTalk application.
We have a scenario where we need to schedule to Disable & Enable back Receive Locations of BizTalk application, and this has to be done After Hours every month during the monthly Server maintenance nights.
Currently we are doing this manually where we disable Receive Locations at 5pm and then Enable it back at 10pm.
So before the server maintenance window begins, we Disable the Receive locations. By doing this, the various LOB systems hold and queue up the events they need to push to BizTalk within their own systems until this service window. After the maintenance window is closed,…
5 votesHi ,
This scenario can be achieved using the "Automated Task" feature which was released in the latest BizTalk360 version 10.3.
Refer release notes for more details.

BizTalk Best Practices Analyser
It would be good if BizTalk360 was integrated with the BizTalk Best Practices Analyser:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=43382&751be11f-ede8-5a0c-058c-2ee190a24fa6=True
- Schedule the running of scans.
- Store the history of scan reports (within specified purge settings).
- Store which "best practices" you want to ignore (with a justification specified).
- Alert if any "best practices" fail following a scheduled scan (that you don't want to ignore).5 votesHi ,
In version 11.0 of BizTalk360, the Best Practice Analyzer has been seamlessly integrated. This integration allows you to easily enable both instant and scheduled scans, and conveniently access and review the generated reports directly within the BizTalk360 .

Able to view when (and why) Alarms are disabled (Alarm Governance and auditing)
An installation of a BizTalk Application in an environment which is monitored with BizTalk360. Therefore I disabled some alarms, which I am going to enable today. I noticed that another alarm is disabled from which I’m not sure if I disabled it yesterday or that, for some reason, I did it before.
For that reason I would like to have an overview of when alarms were disabled/enabled and it would be great if it would be possible to enter a reason why the alarm was disabled.
It would also be hulpful to be able to sort the Alarm Status column…

Alert counter
if the Alert Counter is full they get no more notification until the Alert is solved or the Counter get reseted.
In case it takes a while to solve the alerted issues they get no further alert when another mapped Service get down!
As an example it would be a nice feature if the Alert notification would recognize after Location A is disabled and Alert Counter is full - now Location B goes down reset the Counter automaticly.
In that way the Team get notified that another Service Location B is affected during they work to solve Location A.

ESB filter options- Improvement
1.Need an filter on failure column values that currently exist in the exception fault table. So that we can setup a proactive alarm on an application.
2.The only available filter expression is "is Equal To"
- Filter with an 'OR' condition on the same column. i.e. Application is Equal To 'App1' or 'App2'. You can add another filter, but then you lose the selection of 'Application" on the second filter
4.There is no filtering defined for Scope
5.The only filter available on Exception Stack Trace is 'Is Equal To'By Terry Stille, connexusenergy

Option to read issues from your coworkers and respond to those issues.
This motion is also for the BizTalk360 support site.
It should be nice if you could read and respond to issues reported by your coworkers, or even the option to change the ownership to your coworker if you are going on a holiday or if you leave the company. To avoid unwished responses from everyone there should be an option to add certain people you know. So the owner or reporter still can controll who can read an issue and who can respond to an issue.
5 votesHi ,In the recent release, version 10.8, we have introduced Alert Escalation policy, which helps the operational team to configure the different levels of recipients, which can be linked to alarms. An incident will be created for every violation and escalation will happen if no action has been taken for an incident within the specified time.
Upgrade to latest version to start using this feature. Happy Monitoring!
