Alert counter
if the Alert Counter is full they get no more notification until the Alert is solved or the Counter get reseted.
In case it takes a while to solve the alerted issues they get no further alert when another mapped Service get down!
As an example it would be a nice feature if the Alert notification would recognize after Location A is disabled and Alert Counter is full - now Location B goes down reset the Counter automaticly.
In that way the Team get notified that another Service Location B is affected during they work to solve Location A.
Is that something you plan to have in place for future Releases?

Yeah we are facing an issue once maximum threshold count reached. Atleast there should be some functionality to get an email alert based on individual application or else we are missing the alerts for suspended messages.

Yes please! Perhaps if this could be grouped by application and / or port events firing separated alerts per event type. Thanks

Current behaviour (new problems has occurred but nobody was aware and nobody fixed it because notifications limit was reached) caused as many troubles in production environment.
Currently as a workaround we requested administrators to confirm that "UP" alert was send out after initial problem was fixed.
