Alert for Throttling analyser
Is there a way to define an alarm and get alerted when throttling occurs? I know the throttling analyser can replay the throttling state but just want to know a way to get alerted when it happens

Also interesting to note that you should be careful about how often these transactional emails get triggered. When you're using Sendgrid or something to send them along with regular marketing nurtures it's pretty easy to lose track of how many emails you're sending to your users each day.
