  1. Filtering on BusinessProcess and Transaction

    When searching messages for a specific Business Process in combination with Transaction it would be nice to have improved filtering/querying methods.
    It would be very helpful when you type for example BusinessProcess in the query that you automatically see the configured Business Processes configured in Atomic Scope.
    The same for Transactions. If you type Transaction in the query line all possible transactions will be shown and could be selected. In case you already have filled the Business Process than only the Transactions should be shown for that Business Process.
    On this manner it would be helpful for the support team…

  2. Overview of reprocessed messages including the state

    I've seen that the reprocessed messages are stored in a separate table in the Atomic Scope database. It would be nice if a screen can be made with those messages and the state of the reprocessed message would become visible.

  3. Store search query on a profile

    At this moment a stored query of the tracking overview will be stored in a general map and this query is for everybody available. It would be nice if query can be stored in your own profile.

  4. Show DateTime in Trackingoverview

    It would be nice if the date and time when the information has been archived in Atomic Scope would be shown in the overview. At this moment we only see for exampe 5 minutes ago and by hovering we can see the actual date time. It would be nice if that date time would be shown in the Tracking Overview in a column where we can also filter in via the query editor.

  5. Assigning multiple messages to a user at once

    We are using this feature when errors occur during processing. When a message is assigned to an AD account everybody in the support team is aware that the assigned message is threated by a collegue.
    But when multiple messages are failing due to routing issues or something and the amount is failed messages is for example 100. Than each message must be indivual assigned to an operator.
    This process is time consuming and it would be handy to have the possibility to select multiple message and assign these message at once to an operator.
