It would be greate if you could somehow link KB articles with existing alarms, so that you can write a custom article for specific alerts.
The idea is that, when an alert is raised there is a link, or some sort of icon or a mark, sent with the alert if linked KB article exists. It would greatly help L1 and L2 support teams, and new team members
