  1. Four bugs/problems when viewing BAM reports . With suggestions for improvements.

    BAM activity viewing problems in Biztalk360 v 8.3

    Problem 1 FILTERS

    The most glaring error is this
    "Is Greater than" /FAILED WITH ( Results in : "Backend server error. Response Code: 400, Message: Bad Request [more..]" )

    Marcus Blomberg at ASCOM has reported this issue earlier in
    [#17141] Data Access > BAM: Backend server error

    Less glaring, but equally importantly, I tested each filter and

    Equal to /Works
    Not equal to /works
    Starts with /Failed
    Ends with /Failed
    Contains /Sometimes works
    Does not contain /Failed
    Is Contained in /Sometimes works
    Is Less than /Works
    Is less than or equal to

  2. View SQL Server CPU and RAM in the Operation

    In the operation part of the product, it is possible to view the CPU and RAM of the BizTalk Server but not for the SQL Servers.

  3. Send notifications to only custom channel and not to email

    When integrating BizTalk360 with another system using the custom notification channel feature, it's still mandatory to input email id in the Basic Details section. We would like to suggest making the email id optional if you're using notification channels. When integrating with a ticketing system for example, you will often be using the ticketing system's own email notification system and would not need for BizTalk360 to send emails as well. Or you might not want to use emails at all and rely on other notifications.

  4. BizTalk360 should support CS (case sensitive) collation

    When viewing Infrastructure - topology, or when trying to access manage mapping - BizTalkServers, the following error is reported:
    Invalid column name 'nAdminHostId'

    the table bts_orchestration has the column nAdminHostId, but nAdminHostID is being checked- Case insensitive

    BT360Support : we are not supporting CS collation

  5. Maintenance Windows

    This is to request an enhancement within a future version of BizTalk360 with the “Stop Alerts for Maintenance” feature.  Currently you can set a single maintenance period.  It would be great if you could create multiple maintenance periods, and then also be able to edit and/or delete each one from a list at a later point.  Once I add a maintenance period, if it was entered into a list of maintenance periods on the screen that I could then review and click to edit or delete, this would provide great functionality.  In addition, if I could also view maintenance periods…

  6. When copying an alarm, allow the copy of the mappings aswell.

    As per description. The purpose being to leverage the copy function without the need to go through the whole process again where existing alarm mappings may already represent the main or whole mapping requirements.

  7. Create & Save Custom User Access Template

    It would be excellent to be able to save a customised user access profile as a new template so to make it easier to grant multiple users similar security profiles. i realise you can do this by applying a profile to a group account, but that doesn't allow you to make minor changes to each individual user within the group.

  8. Easier way to change a normal user to super user

    It seems a strange limitation in the product given people’s changing roles on a team and staff leaving/joining. Just seems a same User experience to have discard a user definition and then create a new one just to add or remove them as a Super User.

  9. Inside view for Dynamic ports in BT360

    We are using Dynamic ports and we don’t have any inside view thru BizTalk360 for those ports, we can’t see which adapter running under the host instances

  10. Add refresh option for custom widgets

    Custom widgets do not include the auto refresh option. Right now the only way to update the data in a custom widget is to refresh to entire page.

  13. Data grid column should be repositionable

    Currently the data grid columns are not prepositional like we do see in BizTalk admin console. If I want to view data time of suspended messages or any such column I have to scroll through page.

    It would be nice if we can have such data grids.

  14. Customize maximum size from tracked message

    Occasionally we have an issue while saving a tracked message.
    The content is truncated while the size is more then 50.000 characters.
    We would like the opportunity to change this maximum size in the system settings.
    With the common limitation we lack some important information when the message is too big.

  15. Email Template configuration per environment

    Hi,
    It could be great to configure the Email Template per environment and not globally: the Display Name and the Subject prefix for example are only set globally.

  16. Monitor databases size

    Hi,
    Is it possible to add in the SQL Server Instance part of the Monitoring the ability to define threshold for database sizes?
    For example, what I need is to define that if the size of the BizTalkDTADb is greater than a threshold, I need to be alerted.

  17. Ability to reset alarm counters every x hours

    We would like to be able to reset the number of sent alarms every x hours.
    If our support personell forget to handle the suspended items, then they get new alarms after x hours.

  18. Longer error texts in KB articles

    Currently error texts for KB articles can only be 20 characters. This makes it hard to make error texts uniquely identifiable. So it would help if we could enter more characters, say 250, in that field.

  19. Integration of IBM MQ Monitoring in Biztalk360 along with MSMQ & Azure Service Queues

    Our organisation uses IBM MQ so it would be gr8 If we can monitor these queues along with the existing feature of monitoring MSMQ and Azure Services Queues.

  20. BAM Query Filter expressions

    We would like to use "Is Empty"  filter criteria in query expression but it seems that Biztalk360 BAM build query expression does not have that option.

    Is it possible to some how build a BAM query in Biztalk360 and have the “Is Empty” filter criteria in use for a text field?
