BAM Query Filter expressions
We would like to use "Is Empty" filter criteria in query expression but it seems that Biztalk360 BAM build query expression does not have that option.
Is it possible to some how build a BAM query in Biztalk360 and have the “Is Empty” filter criteria in use for a text field?

Restart option for Host Instances
Would like to have the restart option for host instances like the Biztalk Administration console. Actually, we need to select hosts instance and choose stop, and reselect the same hosts instance and then select start. A restart option will make this operation quicker and reduce the possibility of error.

Auditing on message content view
We using BizTalk360 to manage the integrations for while now. We use the BizTalk360 application mainly for our Integration Management Groups. In each group there are one or more persons responsible for the integration flow.
Then there’s me, responsible for that the BizTalk plattform itself is running.
BizTalk360 are allowed to see message content on suspended instance, because they need to take action depending on content. This can be sensitive data. We already see that a person terminates or resumes a instance. What we lack is auditing when users are looking at the message content. By regulation we need to…

View MDN message in AS2 log
NRR enabled for outbound MDN" and "NRR enabled for inbound MDN" options enabled in AS2 agreement configuration in parties profile. We can view the associated MDN message by right-click on a AS2/MDN Status record in BizTalk Admin Console. However they cannot view MDN message in BizTalk360
If possible, please also enable the feature to “view message decoded/encoded format” which is an available option in the same property dropdown list as “View Mdn Message” if NRR is enabled in AS2 agreement with the party.

User access policy
In user access rights, there is options for users which will be allowed to operate on “services instances” for example (Terminate, Resume, Suspend)
We would like to go even further in security level and specify which task the user can do, for example choose between “Terminate, suspend, resume”.By Mohammed Hassan

This request can be addressed by providing access restriction at application level.

Auditing for BizTalk360 related activities including user management
Will be helpful if there is any audit trail on user management other than the last change to a user’s permission. In other words is the full history audited/recorded.

Implement Errorcode not equals
The idea is to implement the filter Not Equals when searching in tracked data on the error code.
We have several places in our solutions where we terminate the instance, and we would like to easily search all these instances.
This functionality does exist in the BizTalk Administration Console, so basically we would like to have the same functionality (Errorcode != 0).- Idea by Eldert Grootenboer

Able to view when (and why) Alarms are disabled (Alarm Governance and auditing)
An installation of a BizTalk Application in an environment which is monitored with BizTalk360. Therefore I disabled some alarms, which I am going to enable today. I noticed that another alarm is disabled from which I’m not sure if I disabled it yesterday or that, for some reason, I did it before.
For that reason I would like to have an overview of when alarms were disabled/enabled and it would be great if it would be possible to enter a reason why the alarm was disabled.
It would also be hulpful to be able to sort the Alarm Status column…

Adding new application should automatically give access in User access policy
In User Access Policy you can give access for all Applications and for all custom queries.
I'd expect all Applications and all Custom queries will select everything from the table so you don't have to change this after adding an Application or a Custom Query.
Unfortunately this doesn't work like my expectation. So I have to change this for multiple user everytime an applicaton or a custom query is added.
And this happens many times because we have many Applications and new Applications are added almost every month.

Alert counter
if the Alert Counter is full they get no more notification until the Alert is solved or the Counter get reseted.
In case it takes a while to solve the alerted issues they get no further alert when another mapped Service get down!
As an example it would be a nice feature if the Alert notification would recognize after Location A is disabled and Alert Counter is full - now Location B goes down reset the Counter automaticly.
In that way the Team get notified that another Service Location B is affected during they work to solve Location A.
Is…

monitoring of service instances that are in this state for longer than set period of time
Would like to know how to monitor running services instances for duration > x minutes. I can see how to monitor by count, but not by duration.
We occasionally see the case where many different service instances are in a running state for an extended period of time (not by design). The issue generally turns out being at the platform level (ie. resource contention on the servers causing multiple hosts to throttle or just hang).
We will work on tuning the hosts, and addressing these types of issues. In the meantime, however, we would like to have awareness when any…

Alert & Email customization
I have two feature requests for BizTalk 360:
1) I would like to be able to include a eventlog message in the email. Furthermore I would like the email to be more configurable, e.g. using placeholders
2) I would like to have different email templates, thereby facilitating the distribution of various messages generated by the same alert
