I’m currently researching different CRM platforms for my small business and came across Zoho CRM services. It looks quite affordable and feature-rich, especially for lead management, automation, and sales tracking. However, I’m unsure how it performs in real-world use compared to other CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Has anyone here used Zoho CRM services for managing customers or improving sales workflows? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience with setup, usability, integrations, and overall support. Also curious if it scales well for growing teams.
