Extend filter options in ESB Exceptions screen
When we need to filter in the ESB Exceptions screen we would like to use some additional fields, which are available in the screen.
Field we would like to have are;Scope

Improve Dashboard layout
Please provide a functionality to edit the service name visible in the dashboard layout instead of default service name mapped. this will allow Business users /Support to identify the service name more easiliy.

Be able to edit/delete a custom widget from the "Add widget" menu
You should be able to edit/delete a custom widget from the "Add widget" menu.
I made a mistake in implementing one of my custom widget, so now I have to make a whole new one, and with a different name (because they cant have the same names) just to implement that same widget.

Ability to set Collapsed Tree view as default
I'd like to set the Collapsed Tree view as default for the Monitoring Dashboard, then I can easily at a glance see what is green and what has a problem without having to select 'Collapsed' from the standard Tree view.

The tree view selection is now allowed to set as user preference. when you select collapsed view once it remains the same whenever you navigate to the monitoring dashboard .

Bulk Terminate/Resume of Instances
it will be great if we can resume or terminate more than 100 message at a time..

This is already possible in BizTalk360 . filter 100 instances in Message Box Queries , select all the required instance and take action(Terminate/Resume).

Pin the Widget other than Home dashboard
We have the ability to query in the operation section and Pin the widget to the home dashboard. In addition to that like to pin in a custom dashboard.

Stop maintenance from powershell script
During deploy we need to stop maintenance manually. Should be good to stop from powershell script.

With the Automated Task feature in BizTalk360 you can manage all your maintenance activity. You can create custom work flow to start/stop applications , artifacts , alarms , also you can execute the powershell script through this features.

Increase the number of characters allowed in alarm descriptions from 300
We would like to have the character limit increased for Alarms. 300 characters does not allow us to give all of the information that we use in many of our alarms. We use HTML to add formatting and hyperlinks and this uses up a lot of the characters. We have had to edit our alarm text down and as a result share less information with our end users. 600 would be good for our team.

Allow normal user - super user permissions for Applications (esp when new applications added)
When we create/delete new app, permissions are to be given for normal user. Suggestion if a tick box to give permissions for all applications.

Licenense Order Number
If a customer has more than one license, it would be good if he could see the order number without having to disable the license.

IBM MQ - Message Age parameter
There is Current Queue Depth,parameter but is there other conditions that we could use? We are used to see Message Age and wonder if this is one of the options?
Message age is one of the most common conditions we are using when we have other monitoring tool such as Tivoli in place. Eventlog e-mail should indicate which server's Eventlog has the error.
I am happy to see the new Eventlog error included in the email with 8.5. It uncovered an issue for us though, since we are using 4 servers in a BizTalk group. My original alert does not indicate which of the 4 servers are throwing the error. My clunky workaround was to have 4 alerts - one for each server, but I would prefer to have the server name in the EventLog content in the e-mail.
Before I made the change, I would get one alert with 1-4 event log items and I had to search until I found the…

View SQL Server CPU and RAM in the Operation
In the operation part of the product, it is possible to view the CPU and RAM of the BizTalk Server but not for the SQL Servers.

Easier way to change a normal user to super user
It seems a strange limitation in the product given people’s changing roles on a team and staff leaving/joining. Just seems a same User experience to have discard a user definition and then create a new one just to add or remove them as a Super User.
