Reduce Alert Noise When No Files Are Expected
In BizTalk360 Data Monitoring, alerts are raised as Critical when no files are found in a monitored folder within the configured time window. In some integrations, this is expected behavior (e.g., files arrive only on specific days), but it still triggers Critical alerts and confuses non-technical users.
Would it be possible to:
Configure a different alert severity (Warning/Info) for “no files found”, or
Customize the alert message specifically for this scenario?
This would help reduce false-critical alerts and make notifications more business-friendly. Has anyone else faced this, or found a good workaround?
