Data Monitoing monthly schedule
We want to monitor a receive port/location where we receive a file once a month but we do not know the exact day it will be sent.
What we want is by the end of the month to send a notification if the file was not received during the month.

Data monitoring schedule configuration is improved in v10.7 .By setting up the data monitoring schedule for the end of the month, the configured ports will be monitored for a whole month, and at the end of the month, notifications will be sent to indicate whether the expected files have been received or not.

I have similar needs but we solve it with an extra sendport in BizTalk. This sendport simply sends an email with GUID and %SourceFileName" (as they are unique)
The email acts like a reminder/notifier that the file has been processed.
