Improve host instance restart functionality
I am somewhat unsatisfied with the functionality (in Operations, Infrastructure Settings, Host Instances) to stop/start/restart the BizTalk host instances.
After clicking the Start/Stop/Restart button, I find it unclear if and when a host instance's state has actually changed. Especially when performing such actions on multiple host instances at once, I'm never really sure if all has completed succesfully.
I know from experience that sometimes, a stop/start action times out or fails.
As such, I'd like to see more explicit feedback in BizTalk360; which actions have succeeded, failed or timed out.
Also, sometimes, a host instance's state gets stuck in the state "Stop pending", but this is only visible in MMC, not in BizTalk360. I'd like this also to show up in the Status column.
We have had instances that our Host Instances go into a Stop Pending state. Would be nice if BizTalk360 sent a notification about a Host Instance stuck in that state.
