When we manually run the BHM for a particular environment it is triggering for all the environments and it is taking time to get the report of the desired environment.
if possible trigger it for the selected environment only or make that environments as priority and generate the health report first for that environment.2 votes

The most glaring error is this

When given the error code as "N/A" while adding the KB article, it is saving without any issues but not working when you click to retrieve it because of the url breakage with N/A1 vote
