We are using this feature when errors occur during processing. When a message is assigned to an AD account everybody in the support team is aware that the assigned message is threated by a collegue.
But when multiple messages are failing due to routing issues or something and the amount is failed messages is for example 100. Than each message must be indivual assigned to an operator.
This process is time consuming and it would be handy to have the possibility to select multiple message and assign these message at once to an operator.1 vote
