  1. Terminate the service instances older than XX hours through Automatic Actions in BizTalk360

We have a need for functionality regarding the filtering by time range in Data Monitoring.
We have a case where we are moving data from customer’s ERP to their CRM daily using BizTalk.
    And sometimes those transfers fail.
If the transfer is older than 24h it already obsolete and we would like to get rid of that kind of BizTalk instances using the Data Monitoring.
As far as I know there is no way to setup it a way where it would terminate the instance if the creation date is older than 24h from current time?
    The closest we have…

  2. Data monitoring custom time

New Message Box data monitoring tool – This new feature to perform actions is great allowing automatically messages to be resumed or terminated. The only issues with that is the minimum frequency we can set is only to 15 minutes and it would be perfect if we are allowed to set lower values like seconds or 1 minute for example. Also the option to send or not a notification for that as sometimes we don’t need the email and the last suggestion is to add the port name as a filter for that as sometimes we only would like to…

  3. Don't save results for 'Do not monitor' artifacts

We have quite a lot of servers, and thus quite a few artifacts we monitor. However, we have way more artifacts (NTServices, SQL jobs, etc.) that we do not monitor. But I notice these artifacts still add rows to the table b360alertMonitor_LogStateCheck (with ExpectedState 2). This gives us a lot of useless rows in this table for things we don't want to monitor anyway. Is there a way to turn this off? We now have 17 million rows in this table, and we only keep this data for a week (the cleanup job works fine).
    I can write…

Enabling/disabling SQL jobs is not supported from BizTalk360 portal? it would be great to include this feature.

The requirement is to have a certain receive location to be disabled on weekends. BizTalk only has everyday ability for this.

  8. Attached file to Alarm Mail

It would be nice for Invalid files (not validated in the incoming pipeline) or suspended, that you could choose to add the file to the alarm mail sent.

  9. Add option to check FTP connection every specific period

Currently we have setup a datamonitoring for most of our external FTP partners as like a HeartBeat mechanism. However some our partners are not that amused if we connect every 2 minutes to their FTP environment.

Therefore would it be great if we additionally could specify the interval when a check should be done.
IE not the just the number of second, but a set like every 15/30/60 minutes etc!

  10. Sort by alphabetic order the

    Hi,
When defining a new process monitor, the list of receive locations or send ports should be sorted in the alphabetical order and/or it could be great to have a search filter.

  11. Mass remove orphaned feature

    Hi,
When we monitor a lot of artefacts and after an import of an alarm exported from another environment, we have sometimes a lot of orphaned items.
It could be very helpful to have, in the import process, a way to remove all orphaned at the same time. Otherwise, we need to go into each application, go on send ports/receive ports/orchestrations, ...

  12. Delete suspended file older than 1 day

Add a filter to the Data Monitoring/Message Box data folder where you can define the date to delete suspended files.
Example: delete suspended Files OLDER than 1 day.

  13. Data Monitoring Rename

Just like the suggestion for renaming alarms (http://feedback.biztalk360.com/forums/331695-biztalk360-operations/suggestions/14516568-rename-alarms) it would be a good idea to enable the possibility to rename the data monitoring, for example on process monitoring.

  14. Editing properties of multiple alarms at the same time

From time to time we need to edit properties like email ids for multiple alarms. Currently you have to open each alarm and make the necessary edits. It would be great to be able to select multiple alarms and make the edits at once.

    Hi,

This use case can be achieved by using the SMTP notification channel. Configure Emails Id's in the SMTP channel and map the channel to the required alarms. If there is any change in email id's then update in the SMTP channel, which will automatically reflect all the mapped alarms.

  15. Report emails

We have features to generate MBV / BHM reports for specific interval or schedule.
it will be good to have a email functionality so that these reports can be configured to be sent to a particular email address / distribution.

  16. Need to create Night time monitoring

We need to create alarms that will monitor from evening to morning next day.

e.g we want the alarm to monitor from 17:00 PM till 09:00 AM next day. The only way is to create two alarms, however there is a gap of 00:30 min as we cannot make an alarm run till 12:00 AM only till 23:00 PM.

  17. User access profile

    Hello BizTalk360 team,

I am helping TF1 test your monitoring solution and after my first presentation to different users, I have some remarks from them which I think might interest you :
    · User management : possibility to create management profiles, and attach those profiles to users. I am aware that we can achieve something similar through AD groups, but they don’t seem to be very enthusiastic about it – mainly because the process of requesting membership to a specific AD group is slow…
    · Graphical flow tracking and Message Box Queries (In particular, but this suggestion may apply to…

The Autocorrect function can be customized to operate exclusively during business hours by setting a monitoring schedule. This means the Autocorrect will work based on monitoring scheduled time , you can set this in alarm configuration.

  19. Monitor "Store procedure" in SQL query monitoring

In the Custom SQL Queries panel, customer has defined a query, with the "EXEC" and calling a store procedure and it works very well. The query returns only one integer value. This is put (that call a store procedure) in the Database Query related with an alarm. But in the Database Query, the return value is empty. It seems to not get the return value? So the alarm is always in error. Hence the database query put into an alarm must support the call of a stored procedure.

  20. Reserved space in Collapsed view-Monitoring Dashboard

We plan to use the Monitoring Dashboard on a wallboard, and would like to use the collapsed view of the Monitoring Dashboard. So that the reserved for tree views of BizTalk servers, SQL Server Instances, and BizTalk Environment will be hidden and we can able to monitor the BizTalk applications alone.
