Maintenance Alarm Exclusions
Maintenance Alarm Exclusions
Currently Alarms to keep enabled during Maintenance is a 'global' setting across all Maintenance schedules.
Depending on the 'maintenance' being done alters the alarms that should stay active.
For example, Server Patching with reboots may have no alarms that are left reporting.
Whereas installing/updating various BizTalk applications alarms monitoring network/infrastructure of the environment would want to be left 'active'1 voteImplementation of Maintenance Alarm exclusions per maintenance schedule is covered in the latest version of BizTalk360 (10.2)

Add a timer for disabling alarm for maintenance
It would be great if there was an option to set a timer for how long to disable an alarm. In today's busy world, sometimes an alarm is turned off for maintenance or testing, and users forget to re-enable once done. I would think a default of 24 hours would be more than sufficient.
2 votesHi ,
This can achieve by using Automated Task feature in BizTalk360.Create custom work flow and map the alarms that you want to disable ,then configure the schedule time to disable the selected alarm during that time.

Option to disable alerts for Data monitoring
We use data monitoring mainly for measuring purposes (analytics) and not for guarding the environment/processes.
To keep everything clean (especially when filtering the data monitor results) we do want to combine them into the same alarms as we use for guarding thresholds on the servers/artifacts.
So we would like to be able to disable alarm-triggers on each/all data monitor, the monitor just has to measure and put the result in its dashboard.1 voteHi ,
Now the data monitoring schedules can be disabled to stop monitor.
Thanks,

For IBM MQ we want to be able to enter the host name rather than the ip address
If we could enter the host name rather than IP address we would not be required to make a change if the backend MQ server was migrated to a new ip address thru an upgrade.
2 votesHi ,
This has been addressed in latest version of BizTalk360 v10.5.
Please read release notes for more details .

Lesser than operation in MessageBox Data monitoring
When expecting 10 running instances of a named orchestration, and if one disappeared, want to be alerted if the number of running instances has dropped below 10. To monitor this sort of scenario it would be better if MessageBox Data monitoring holds less than condition (>).
3 votesHi ,
The latest version of BizTalk360 allows you to set the rules using less than condition in Message Box Data Monitoring.

Ability to define a monitoring alarm based on the result of a Secure SQL Query
Hi,
I have the following use case: I want to send an email with the content of a Secure SQL query but only if there are records returned by the SQL Query (or if there are no records for example).
Unfortunately this is not possible.1 voteThis feature is available in the latest BizTalk360 version 10.6. The secure SQL Query results can be monitored in data monitoring.

Ability to send a Report depending on the result of a Secure SQL Query
Hi,
In the last version of BizTalk360, we have the ability to display Secure SQL Queries in Report which is good.
But now what is missing is the ability to send a report depending on the result of a Secure SQL Query. The use case is that on our side we have existing SQL Server Reports we want to replace with BizTalk360. These reports are sent by email to users only if for example a query returns results, or at the opposite if one query is not returning any results.2 votesAnalytics reporting has been improved. Use SQL Query reporting to get the results in csv format, and you will not receive an email if the query returns no records.

Add option to check FTP connection every specific period
Currently we have setup a datamonitoring for most of our external FTP partners as like a HeartBeat mechanism. However some our partners are not that amused if we connect every 2 minutes to their FTP environment.
Therefore would it be great if we additionally could specify the interval when a check should be done.
IE not the just the number of second, but a set like every 15/30/60 minutes etc!2 votesHi ,
BizTalk360 allows user to manage the polling interval , system will check the monitoring status only with the configured frequency . This can be configured under environment settings.
Thanks,

Send ESB Detail In Notification - Improvement
When you activate the option “Send ESB Detail In Notification”, you are getting the data show below with the number of faults per Fault Code. This data is grouped by Fault Code which is the default grouping. I need the option to be able to choose the “group by” setting on one of the three fields: Fault Code (the default grouping now), Error Type or Exception Message. In the case below you need to group the errors on the Exception Message because this can be different for the same errorcode.
ESB Fault Details in the application: Company.BizTalk.Application
Fault Code: ESB0002,…

Sort by alphabetic order the
Hi,
When defining a new process monitor, the list of receive locations or send ports should be sorted in the alphabetical order and/or it could be great to have a search filter.1 voteIn the latest version of BizTalk360 v10.2, Receive Location/Send Ports are displayed in alphabetical order

Disable group by error code in data monitoring "Send Instance Detail In Notification"
In order to setup real reports that can be sent to end users or technical super users with all errors given the time interval set in the monitoring details, there must be an option to disable the grouping by error code for "Send Instance Detail In Notification" option.
Example: An orchestration hits the suspend shape with different errors for the given process, each time the data monitoring alarm fetches these errors only the latest will be displayed in the notification as the suspend shape always gives the same error code (obviously).

Mass remove orphaned feature
Hi,
When we monitor a lot of artefacts and after an import of an alarm exported from another environment, we have sometimes a lot of orphaned items.
It could be very helpful to have, in the import process, a way to remove all orphaned at the same time. Otherwise, we need to go into each application, go on send ports/receive ports/orchestrations, ...2 votesHi ,
In the latest version of BizTalk360, the orphaned artifacts will not be imported to the destination environment. The list of orphaned artifact details will be listed in the import status.
Thanks,

Web Endpoint monitoring support TLS 1.2
