Query Fault by resubmission status

Consists of a more fine grained access control apart from superuser
At my client I have the responsibility of setting up the alarms en monitoring but it seems that I am not the superuser.
Who do I need to have this role, because having this role gives me much more power than needed.
What I imagine that there is a level below superuser to create alarms and possibly another level for setting up the monitoring (where one uses the alarms). Or it can be put in one role.
So basically, the request consists of a more fine grained access control apart from superuser.

Customization of alerts
Would it be possible to adjust/customize the alerts, say
o Set email type as not URGENT when the alert is warning/UP alert
o Set ServiceNow incident notification priority based on the warning/up/error details.

Alert to event log when license is going to expire
I saw that an error was logged to the event log when it tried to send mail, that the license had expired. Is it possible to add a verification/monitor that will log a warning to the event log that the license is about to get expired?

See metrics grouped by BizTalk Application
We have over 100 applications in BizTalk and we would like to see metrics for each of them individually (performance, message volume, alerts, errors, etc.).2 votes
Direct link between Monitoring and Operations tabs
When you see for example a stopped send port in the monitor tab, I want a direct link to the corresponding operations tab so I easy can start the send port again. As it functions today you need to perform five or six steps before you can start the send port.2 votes
Ability to "Find the Failed Messsage" (As per Biztalk Administration capabilities)
Within Biztalk Administration Console, when viewing a suspended instance you can right click and "Find Failed Message" This is key to us as often we need to remove the failed message and resume the rest in the queue. (Terminate kills all messages and resume just resends the same failed one, resulting in them being suspended again)2 votes
Full EDI web-based trading partner management system
Currently, BizTalk360 has web-based access to all the EDI parties, agreements, and all EDI reports in a read-only mode. You can do EDI parties management like creating new parties and new agreements within the web console. Please vote or comment for this idea if you are interested.2 votes
Message Box Queries - view details by clicking service name
Right now when you are doing message box queries (+ few other places) if you need to see the details you need to click the eye icon on the right side of the row. In some smaller resolutions screens, it's not visible or sometimes it's not obvious for new users to click that one.
It will be useful if you can simply make the service name as link and clickable which will open the detail pane.2 votes
Improve Dashboard layout
Please provide a functionality to edit the service name visible in the dashboard layout instead of default service name mapped. this will allow Business users /Support to identify the service name more easiliy.1 vote

Host instance throttling nags about disabled hosts
I setup host throttling monitoring but some host instances of certain hosts are disabled (for manual failover if ever needed). BizTalk360 nags about the HI not being started: "HostThrottling: Host Instance BizTalkReceiveHost on Server: is not started. Status:Stopped. So performance data won't be available, please start the host instance."
This is spamming our notification channels, basically rendering the throttling monitoring useless ! Please extend this feature to ignore disabled HI's, or make it configurable per HI
Is there no way you can update 360 so that I will be able to extract or export to 1 excel at once (all the applications with their send, receive ports and all artifacts of the application)? I need to extract everything into one excel file of the applications themselves. Some sort of documentation apart from the monitoring reports.1 vote

Description and Application Segregation for User Access Policy Options
Currently, the documentation for the options available in the User Access Policy tab is scarce, meaning that for items that are not self explanatory, the BizTalk360 administrator has to enable that option and see exactly what it does. Additionally, the interface/documentation does not hint if the options are displaying all the data that is flowing via BizTalk or if access is restricted only to the applications the user is assigned to. The documentation associated with these options has to be updated to provide a more detailed explanation of what each option means and also if the option is displaying data only for the applications that the user is associated to or it is agonistic of this setting.

Cross domain user access to BT360 portal
Non prod is in different domain to user group, You are currently unable to add the user from user access policy screen but I believe Cross domain users scenario does seem to work in BT360. It is only the Addition that is not working1 vote
Purge attachment folder under BizTalk360
right now there is no feature for automated purging of attachment file location. Please create one and allow users to decide about related policy.1 vote
