  1. Allow the ability to amend Service Windows on Receive Locations

    We have several receive locations which have an overnight window. When we come in first thing in the morning and find suspended messages related to those location, we need to disable the service window, re drop the files it has to pick up, wait until it has consumed the files then turn the window back on.

    Our currently workflow involves logging onto our BizTalk server, opening the admin console, navigating the tree to the correct receive location, opening it, disable the window, wait for the files to play through, then enable it again.

    We would love to remove the need…

  2. Quick filter - textbox for searching in applications

    Quick filter for searching in applications.
    When you have many applications in your BizTalk environment you are forced to scroll down to the bottom of the page and use pagination in order to view next applications. I think it would be a great idea to have a textbox at the beginning of the page where you can type in parts of your application name or description to filter your list.

    In my case I currently have 5 pages to scroll thru, not very user friendly.

  3. Disable the maintenance window when its currently ongoing

    The new maintenance window has no option to just remove and not delete the entire maintainence window

  5. Paging on Applications is a good and bad idea

    Paging is good and bad. Good for server load, keeping the list short and manageable - but Export to Excel seems more broken with this feature

    I do export the list to Excel and print it out and hang it on my whiteboard
    With a proper description on each application it is very easy to see what each application does.

    Please add the option to save entire list of application to excel rather than the paginated list.

  6. Outage Management integration for Artifacts.

    We can group artifacts to support an outage. For example we can support an outage to an email system by grouping Artifacts that are pointed to that system and then click a "button" to disable all the send/receive ports pointing to that system. It integrates through SCOM using an API to but those same porting in maintenance mode, also.

  7. ServiceBus queues operations

    Hi,
    Is it possible to operate Servicebus queues from the Operation dashboard like reading the content of the queue, dead-letter queue and resubmit.

  8. Stop IIS from the Operation part

    Hi,
    It could be good to have the ability to stop / restart IIS application pools at the same place where we can stop/start host instances.

    Database monitoring - Ability to alert after the insert of a record(s) in to a given table.

    BizTalk 360 currently provides the functionality to monitor a database and alert to breached thresholds. A useful extension to this would be if Biztalk360 could alert when a new record is inserted in to a given table.

  11. Logon as an other user

    I want to login as an other user in the profile button.

    This can be helpfull il case we have 2 or more accounts or if we want that as super user make a login in our PC.

  13. Add refresh option for custom widgets

    Custom widgets do not include the auto refresh option. Right now the only way to update the data in a custom widget is to refresh to entire page.

  14. Increase the maximum number of retry for autocorrection

    The maximum number of retry for autocorrection is limited to 5. Can it be configured somewhere and not limited to 5?

  15. "All applications" application in the Alarm mapping

    I have a particular case where a lot of artefacts, distributed across multiple apps, needs to be mapped with the same alarm.
    I don't want to dive into each app to select the artefacts so it could be good to have a flat list of all receive locations / send ports / orchestrations with a search and then the ability to select a lot of these artefacts and set the monitoring status and auto-correct.

  16. autocorrect

    When we deploy a new version of a BizTalk application to our environment, we want it to be up and running as soon as the deployment process has completed. In the past, we have used an Azure DevOps task to put BizTalk360 in maintenance mode, and to end the maintenance at the end of the deployment. We do this by calling the BizTalk360 API

    We notice that the autocorrection does not always kick in immediately, so we would like to have a possibility to make an API call to for the autocorrection linked to a specified alarm to be executed.

  18. BizTalk 360 Dashboard Feature: Save the reports to a specified file location.

    Current BizTalk 360 Analytics Dashboard support only sending Analytics reports via email. Kindly add a new feature in Analytics Dashboard to save the reports to a specified file location automatically. This helps customers to view the report at any time and use the report in the future effectively.

  19. Be able to edit/delete a custom widget from the "Add widget" menu

    You should be able to edit/delete a custom widget from the "Add widget" menu.

    I made a mistake in implementing one of my custom widget, so now I have to make a whole new one, and with a different name (because they cant have the same names) just to implement that same widget.

  20. Ability to set Collapsed Tree view as default

    I'd like to set the Collapsed Tree view as default for the Monitoring Dashboard, then I can easily at a glance see what is green and what has a problem without having to select 'Collapsed' from the standard Tree view.
