Alert if message are active for over a day
Messages are in Active status over days. Which is wasting resources. BizTalk 360 should be able to monitor and alert, if a message has been in Active in Running Service Instance for over 3 hours

You should be able to achieve this using the Message Box data monitoring functionality. On the filter status choose "Instance Status" equal to "Active" (you can also do further filtering like application name, error code etc).
Then you can set up a time window like a number of results > 100 is warning, results > 500 is an error. Based on the condition you can then get notified or even take automatic actions.
