  1. Alert & Email enhancements (real-time, custom fields & template customization)

I have 5 feature enhancements which are requirements from a lot of customers:
    1. Ability to send an alert(email) per error. 1 alert for 1 error.

    2. Ability to add message context or content to the alert email, for example “order number”.
    3. Trigger the alert directly when the error occurs, (near)real-time alerting
    4. Ability to choose any color in the custom email template.
    5. Ability to add a company logo in the custom email template.

  2. Ping Monitoring

To add to the list of endpoint types that BizTalk360 monitors, it would good to monitor ping results.

We have an Oracle database server that keeps going down that is used by one of our BizTalk Send Ports. It would be good to alert if the database server is unavailable using a simple ping.

  3. Allow for Queue names to be updated on IBM MQ monitors.

Allow for Queue names to be updated on IBM MQ monitors. This is due to the fact that the current monitoring can't monitor AQ's which our organization uses. with this change, I won't have to make changes to queues on BizTalk to look at the LQ's.

  5. Bulk configuring of FILE/FTP for accessibility

It would be good to have bulk configuration of say FILE/FTP for things like, Accessibility

Doing this for thousands of locations one by one is trivial.

  7. Enhanced data monitoring query filter capabilities

It would be great to be able to filter the data monitoring query on context properties of the message. That way (combined with my other request on disabling grouping by error code for message notifications) I could create segregated notifications in my multi company environment which are all sharing the same ports/processes.

  8. Make the ‘time out value’ as configurable parameter in End Pont Monitoring

Could you please make the ‘time out value’ as configurable parameter, so that we can set different ‘time out value’ to different end points.

  9. FILE and FTP locations monitoring - even for locations not used by BizTalk

    Hi,
The FILE and FTP notification features are great :) But it should also be great to have the ability to monitor locations that are not used by BizTalk.
I have a use case where my customer use an other product than BizTalk for several flows and we want to use BizTalk360 to monitor these locations too. Today it is not possible.

  10. Monitor untrusted domain with specified accounts

Currently you can only monitor BizTalk Environments which are in the same domain.

We have multiple test environments which are in silo'ed untrusted domains, and would like the ability to to monitor all of them from the one BizTalk360 Environment.

Allow us to use Domain Accounts from each domain to connect and retrieve the information required

  11. “Assign to me” function

Inspired by some of the sessions at Integrate2017, I suggest you analyse the possibilities to develop an “Assign to me” function. Let me describe a bit more…

An alert-email goes out as a Biztalk send port is down. This email goes to a group, in our case 6 recipients. Then, who’s going to fix this? Maybe there could be a button in the email and when I click it, the status in 360-db on this alert goes to “ongoing work”/”under investigation” or something like that, with my ad-name as responsible. Then, another email goes out to the group as the…

  13. Remove orphaned for BizTalk Servers and SQL Servers monitoring

    Hi,
When we import an alarm from one environment to another, there are sometimes orphaned artefacts.
You already have a button "Remove orphaned" in Applications (for send ports, receive locations,..) but this feature does not exist for Disk and System Resources when monitoring BizTalk and SQL Servers.

  14. Manually start a Health Check alarm

    Hi,
When we configure a new alarm (for Health Check), it is not possible to force the alarm to execute immediately. It could be great to have this ability in order to avoid waiting for the next scheduled interval.

  15. Filter, search for File/FTP counter site

We have now this nice "Alarms - File Location" page. If you have a lot of File ports it is difficult to select the correct one, would be nice to have query option base on application or file port name

  16. Web Endpoint monitoring - polling interval

    Hi,
For the Web endpoint monitoring, it could be great to have the ability to add a polling interval to poll less than each 60 secondes.

  17. Web Endpoint - need more details when a endpoint failed

    Hi,
In the WebEndpoint monitoring feature, I tried to call a web service by using a Payload and several headers. Unfortunately I missed something in the header (SoapAction) and it failed.
I was not able to have the details of the error without going to the log file in the server itself. This is not very convenient.
It should be better to have a trace of the issue in the web portal it self (or to be able to read log files from the web site).

  18. Syncronisation of applications endpoints with BizTalk360 monitoring alerts

It would be great is the BizTalk360 application was able to keep in sync with the endpoints within an application - as seen in the BizTalk admin console. Presently, if any changes are made to the BizTalk applications endpoints the BizTalk360 alert has to be reconfigured to match the changes - this is generally overlooked until the email alert comes through and shows an error.

  19. Custom Notification Channels - Load from GAC

Allow the custom notification channel assembly to load from the GAC, possibly with a checkbox and this could be another option to loading from the database. Updating an existing custom channel does not work properly and this could help to solve the issue. It would be MUCH easier to install (or re-install) a custom DLL to the GAC and restart the service as needed.

  20. Add XML Support for Export/Import (Alarms)

The settings exports such as Alarms allow only JSON as an export format. Although the format is convenient for web sites and browser applications, it is not as convenient to read and query in text editors. PowerShell querying (Convert-FromJson) seems to be useful to read the exported JSON data, but I request that you add XML support for import/export of settings. Being able to query the settings is important when any bulk changes to alarms are required or when migrating alarms between environments.
