  1. Show all applications for users who are no superuser

    In User Acces Policy you can give access for all Applications and for all custom queries.
    I'd expect all Applications and all Custom queries will select everything from the table so you don't have to change this after adding an Application or a Custom Query.

    Unfortunately this doesn't work like my expectation. So I have to change this for multiple user everytime an applicaton or a custom query is added.
    And this happens many times because we have many Applications and new Applications are added almost every month.

  2. Status of your issues on the biztalk360 support site

    This motion is for the overview and status of issues on the biztalk360 support site.
    It is very inconvenient that all issues always have the status "Waiting for your reply".
    Even if the last comment form BiaTalk360 is that they will contact me when an issue is fixed the give this issue the status "waiting for your reply".
    I have mentioned this once in the issue itself but with no succes.
    Their answer was sorry for the false satus, we will change this.
    And even this issue still have the status .. "Waiting for your reply"

  3. Increase the maximum number of retry for autocorrection

    The maximum number of retry for autocorrection is limited to 5. Can it be configured somewhere and not limited to 5?

  4. "All applications" application in the Alarm mapping

    I have a particular case where a lot of artefacts, distributed across multiple apps, needs to be mapped with the same alarm.
    I don't want to dive into each app to select the artefacts so it could be good to have a flat list of all receive locations / send ports / orchestrations with a search and then the ability to select a lot of these artefacts and set the monitoring status and auto-correct.

  5. Publish Secure SQL Query as Widget

    We just want to publish the query results on the dashboard in tabular format. At this point we don't yet need fancy PowerBI graphical view of this data.

  6. Rename a messaging pattern directly from the detail

    In the Messaging Pattern list, if I click on a GUID for a not-named messaging pattern, I open the detailed view of the flow.
    From here, if I want to rename the pattern, it is not possible... so I need to go back to the list, and search with the GUID and then rename it...
    It could be much more convenient to renamed it directly from the graphical message flow.

  7. A grid added to Stop Alerts for Maintenance, so you are able to view, edit, delete future maintenance schedules

    Currently you are not able to view, edit, or delete Stop Alerts for Maintenance entries. I like to be able to enter Stop Alerts in the future for upcoming maintenance windows. We need to be able to view, edit, or delete those Stop Alerts.

  8. Send alerts for event viewer errors with complete error in the email body

    It would be good to send alerts as the soon as the errors written to event viewer with the complete error message in the email body insteade of just raising an alert saying there are some errors in the event viewer..This will avoid to buy other tools to send alerts for event viewer errors.

  9. Resubmit functionality for ESB Itinerary based solutions

    Currently BizTalk 360 doesn’t support generic resubmission for Itinerary based solutions where the itinerary attached to the message in the ESB Exception database is resubmitted along with the message so that the message continues on at from the same step it previously failed at. This should be a general resubmission mechanism for all Itinerary based solutions.

  10. Add pagination to Message Box/Tracking query results

    When Message Box or Tracking queries return many results, it would be helpfull to have pagination to navigate through all the results

  11. In the past BizTalk360 was tied to BizTalk MBV. Would like it tied to the replacement BHM.

  12. export / import all settings/config (not just alarms)

    as per subject.

    Ability to save msgbox queries, export then import to other envs (e.g. test to prod). Same for event viewer.
    Custom sql queries, BAM, etc.

  13. Configure Email Ids for UP alerts

    Currently when an alarm is created, we can enter the email ids to which the DOWN and UP alerts will be sent to. This is OK if the same recipients are targeted for both DOWN and UP alerts. However, if the alerts are sent to a support system that creates the tickets for the support team to action then we need ONLY the DOWN alerts to be sent to the support system. And configure separate email ids for the UP alerts (excluding support system) to avoid the creation of automatic tickets for UP alerts.

  14. Specify "Certificate" when setting up New WebEndpoint

    Ability to specify a certificate when setting up a New WebEndpoint under "Alarms - Biztalk Environment". Today the only options are "Login Credentials" and "Proxy Settings".

  15. Viewing Subscriptions of Orchestrations and Send Ports

    For analysis I regularly query the Subscriptions for Orchestrations and/or Send Ports. Unfortunately this is not possible with BizTalk360, so I would like to have that capability in BizTalk360.

  16. Bulk disable/enable alarms

    From the Manage Alarms screen I would like to select multiple alarms and be able to disable/enable them bulk wise, instead of having to open the alarms one by one and disable/enable them.

  17. Tracking Manager - complete configuration option

    At present, there is "Tracking Manager" in BizTalk360, which allows you to visualize the entire tracking settings in your BizTalk environment in a read-only view (you can see at the application level, how much tracking is been enabled for each artifact like receive ports, send ports, orchestration etc).

    Please vote or comment, if you would like to see the full configuration option, i.e changing the tracking value from a single place with some user access security policy.

  18. Auditing BizTalk360 user activities

    Currently BizTalk360 only audit's the activities done by the user in the BizTalk360 Portal.
    Several customers requested to start auditing all the actions the users perform on BizTalk360 configuration, For eg: Creating/editing/deleting users, Creating/editing/removing alarms, changing the SMTP settings etc.

  19. Start and stop the NT services

    Currently, BizTalk360 does not have the capability to allow users to Start and/or Stop NT Services. We plan to include the functionality under “Infrastructure Settings” – something very similar to Host and Host Instances.

  20. Pattern Matching capability to select applications automatically in User Access Policy screen

    By default, when a new application is added in the BizTalk environment, it will not be assigned to any users in BizTalk360. The administrators have to manually assign the application to a particular user from the "Applications" screen on the User Access Policy page.

    It would be great if we can have some "pattern matching mechanism" in the User Access Policy section where administrators can define, for eg, patterns like "Application with Prefix SAP will be added for this user automatically" and so while assigning the user access policy for a particular user.

    Once this is done, whenever any application…
