As of now, there is an option to monitor NT service. But no option to monitor Clustered NT services.
Exact requirement: SSO service is clustered so you cannot monitor it unless you have an “at least one active” functionality as with host instances.4 votes

On the biztalk group dashboard, you have a list with errors and warnings. It would be good to add a clickthrough on that list, so you get taken to the error or warning in question (like you can when you click on the red or yellow box).1 vote
We have requirement to configure two alerts one for BizTalk monitoring and one for third party web endpoint monitoring.
If we wanted to use third party web monitoring alone in the alerts, it adds lot of additional information ofBizTalk server which is not required.
there should be flexibility email template which should be information in tabular format.

We use the API for managing BizTalk 360 from other 3rd party applications such as TFS. To prevent BizTalk 360 starting up an application mid deployment we have to use the api to get the full alarm config, and send it back with the "isAlertDisabled" flag off and the same to reenable it. Having a seperate method to enable/disable an alarm would be much simpler2 votes
We use SSO heavily for storing runtime configuration which currently can only be edited by SSO admins. Being able to make this available for the business or super users to edit would be useful2 votes
When dealing with suspended, 3 actions can we can taken within BT360 : Resume / Terminate / Download
In some cases, we need to contact a third party team which will investigate and this can take some time.
During this elapsed time, we would like to flag the suspended as 'Waiting Decision' with a comment that could say that this suspended is assigned to this team, etc...
It would avoid to treat the same suspended several times and would give a better overview on suspended.4 votes

I would like to search by different criteria (user, date etc...) and have more than 20 results.
Also, i would like to be able to export the whole result to a csv file, not only the 20 lines

The BizTalk360 analytics module should provide the ability to group the metrics (eg: messages received) per application. Currently you are able to view data only per BizTalk artefact which is cumbersome if more than 2-3 different applications are deployed in a given environment.1 vote
Currently, the documentation for the options available in the User Access Policy tab is scarce, meaning that for items that are not self explanatory, the BizTalk360 administrator has to enable that option and see exactly what it does. Additionally, the interface/documentation does not hint if the options are displaying all the data that is flowing via BizTalk or if access is restricted only to the applications the user is assigned to. The documentation associated with these options has to be updated to provide a more detailed explanation of what each option means and also if the option is displaying data only for the applications that the user is associated to or it is agonistic of this setting.

We have one requirement, customer wants to notify them, if we don’t have file to process. In this situation we can enable the Process Monitoring to notify them if we don’t have file to process. But this alarm has one drawback, it generates the critical error with failed message on configured port. That make sense for technical person but not for everyone. It would be nice, if we have capability to send the custom message in that situation to notify the customer.2 votes
