When you export event log entries in the advanced event viewer, you don't get the message payload of the events, which is where the really useful information almost always is. Please add the message body of the event log message to the excel export1 vote
The widget should Allow for filtering of schemas to see only those that interest me

For the MBV log file - file is generated, but deleted right after it is imported to the BizTalk360 database. Is there a parameter that we can set to archive the XML or simply keep it instead of deleting it after the execution?1 vote
Just like Suspended instances, we would like to see running instances in the Applications screen in Operations tab1 vote
The possibility for users of Biztalk360 to create/edit/save/delete their own queries or make them invisible or visible to other Biztalk360 Users.1 vote
It would be nice if BizTalk360 could automatically archive messages when one manually terminate instances while using the interface.1 vote
Adding date time stampin "b360adminGlobalProperties" under SMTP_SETTING so that the update history can be tracked. This will help us to identify when the change was done previously.1 vote
It could be good to have the ability to define the SMTP settings per environment and not for all environment.1 vote
It would be greate if you could somehow link KB articles with existing alarms, so that you can write a custom article for specific alerts.
The idea is that, when an alert is raised there is a link, or some sort of icon or a mark, sent with the alert if linked KB article exists. It would greatly help L1 and L2 support teams, and new team members1 vote
Currently error texts for KB articles can only be 20 characters. This makes it hard to make error texts uniquely identifiable. So it would help if we could enter more characters, say 250, in that field.1 vote
It would be nice if we can able to add KB Article for multiple environments.

1.Need an filter on failure column values that currently exist in the exception fault table. So that we can setup a proactive alarm on an application.
2.The only available filter expression is "is Equal To"
- Filter with an 'OR' condition on the same column. i.e. Application is Equal To 'App1' or 'App2'. You can add another filter, but then you lose the selection of 'Application" on the second filter
4.There is no filtering defined for Scope
5.The only filter available on Exception Stack Trace is 'Is Equal To'

This feature has come as part of the version 8.9.5 release. Sing up to our newsletter to be notified of upcoming releases
1. Filtering is enabled for Scope
2. Now Exception Stack Trace has ‘Contains’ operator for filtering
Remaining items are in our development pipeline
We would like to use "Is Empty" filter criteria in query expression but it seems that Biztalk360 BAM build query expression does not have that option.
Is it possible to some how build a BAM query in Biztalk360 and have the “Is Empty” filter criteria in use for a text field?

Data monitoring (ESB) works on existing data points. We need to make it generic in the future, allowing users to define alerts before the exception happens.

I would like to add a feature.
I want a simple way to indicate all applications that is missing alarms.
As is now I manually has to go into each application and click through
Service instances, orchestrations, receive locations and send ports on each and every one.
An overview /table would fill my need with columns for each alarm and Applications on rows

When you run the EDI Status Report for Interchange/ACK Status, what does Ack Not Expected in the Interchange Status column? Also, can you search by Agreement Name or Port Name? I do not see them as a option in the drop down box for Select Query.

The idea is to have a additional filter option to ESB module to filter resubmitted messages.2 votes
At my client I have the responsibility of setting up the alarms en monitoring but it seems that I am not the superuser.
Who do I need to have this role, because having this role gives me much more power than needed.
What I imagine that there is a level below superuser to create alarms and possibly another level for setting up the monitoring (where one uses the alarms). Or it can be put in one role.
So basically, the request consists of a more fine grained access control apart from superuser.

The customer requested for an enhancement for displaying the total number of records and max matches result as well.
Example: The max matches count is 300. The total records available is 20k
Both the status count should be shown in the data Grid of BizTalk360 across the board.

Ability to install the Monitoring service in any of the clustered nodes without looking for IIS which has been disabled.
