We can group artifacts to support an outage. For example we can support an outage to an email system by grouping Artifacts that are pointed to that system and then click a "button" to disable all the send/receive ports pointing to that system. It integrates through SCOM using an API to but those same porting in maintenance mode, also.2 votes

BizTalk 360 currently provides the functionality to monitor a database and alert to breached thresholds. A useful extension to this would be if Biztalk360 could alert when a new record is inserted in to a given table.2 votes

I have a particular case where a lot of artefacts, distributed across multiple apps, needs to be mapped with the same alarm.
I don't want to dive into each app to select the artefacts so it could be good to have a flat list of all receive locations / send ports / orchestrations with a search and then the ability to select a lot of these artefacts and set the monitoring status and auto-correct.2 votes

You should be able to edit/delete a custom widget from the "Add widget" menu.
I made a mistake in implementing one of my custom widget, so now I have to make a whole new one, and with a different name (because they cant have the same names) just to implement that same widget.1 vote
With the latest version of BizTalk360 10.4, you can able edit the custom widget in customize option
I'd like to set the Collapsed Tree view as default for the Monitoring Dashboard, then I can easily at a glance see what is green and what has a problem without having to select 'Collapsed' from the standard Tree view.1 vote
The tree view selection is now allowed to set as user preference. when you select collapsed view once it remains the same whenever you navigate to the monitoring dashboard .
If a customer has more than one license, it would be good if he could see the order number without having to disable the license.1 vote

I have been using graphical view tracking of BizTalk360. But encountered that it's unreadable when orchestration (or may be anything) has many message transactions. Refer the attachment. We have many BizTalk integration which has more than 10 calls happening at the orchestration and graphical view tracking is not very useful in our cases.
Good to have zoom-in features when there are many messages.

We have had a few outages lately because the BizTalkMsgBoxDb and the BizTalkDTADb log files have grown out of control and filled up the entire disk. I am not sure if this is possible given the permissions available to the application but it would be really nice if the database file and log file utilization was monitored either for rapid expansion or percentage of disk space so an alarm can go off before everything hits critical levels. Alternatively it could look for long running non-committed transactions that could send the log file spiraling out of control.1 vote
Database file size monitoring for BizTalk databases is available in the latest version of BizTalk360.
