This motion is for the overview and status of issues on the biztalk360 support site.
It is very inconvenient that all issues always have the status "Waiting for your reply".
Even if the last comment form BiaTalk360 is that they will contact me when an issue is fixed the give this issue the status "waiting for your reply".
I have mentioned this once in the issue itself but with no succes.
Their answer was sorry for the false satus, we will change this.
And even this issue still have the status .. "Waiting for your reply"4 votes
I am pleased to inform you that the management team did a general review of the support processes and it is now under reconstruction. This will also include better status description for our customers.

It should be nice if you could read and respond to issues reported by your coworkers, or even the option to change the ownership to your coworker if you are going on a holiday or if you leave the company.
To avoid unwished responses from everyone there should be an option to add certain people you know. So the owner or reporter still can controll who can read an issue and who can respond to an issue.4 votes
Find Applications with NO alarm.
How can you verify alarms being set on all applications?
As is there is no way to do this. I want a feature that I can see Applications not mapped to a specific alarm. As you do have the list of all applications and you do have the list of all alarms - it is not very hard to implement this feature2 votes
Alarm mapping. I would like to see a template that you can apply for all Applications.
If you have an general alarm it must be easier to apply this alarm to all Applications instead of manually stepping into the application iteslf and mapp the alarm as you have to at the moment.
In my case we have 8 general alarms that I want to assign to all our Applications (currently 95) so you quicly realize the tedious task of doing it this way.1 vote

Currently we have ability to query the Message box database , it would be nice if we are able to query Management Database for viewing the list of Receive location/Send port changes Through BizTalk 360 to keep a track of all changes in one screen and pin that to custom Dashboard3 votes
There is a limit of 50 attachments to download in Graphical Flow (Tracking).
Must there be a limit?
I suggest that max matches will set the upper limit, but to keep the configuration so it is possible to set the limit lower for those who need it.7 votes
In the Messaging Pattern list, if I click on a GUID for a not-named messaging pattern, I open the detailed view of the flow.
From here, if I want to rename the pattern, it is not possible... so I need to go back to the list, and search with the GUID and then rename it...
It could be much more convenient to renamed it directly from the graphical message flow.2 votes
I have a particular case where a lot of artefacts, distributed across multiple apps, needs to be mapped with the same alarm.
I don't want to dive into each app to select the artefacts so it could be good to have a flat list of all receive locations / send ports / orchestrations with a search and then the ability to select a lot of these artefacts and set the monitoring status and auto-correct.2 votes
We have over 100 applications in BizTalk and we would like to see metrics for each of them individually (performance, message volume, alerts, errors, etc.).2 votes
In User Acces Policy you can give access for all Applications and for all custom queries.
I'd expect all Applications and all Custom queries will select everything from the table so you don't have to change this after adding an Application or a Custom Query.
Unfortunately this doesn't work like my expectation. So I have to change this for multiple user everytime an applicaton or a custom query is added.
And this happens many times because we have many Applications and new Applications are added almost every month.2 votes
We just want to publish the query results on the dashboard in tabular format. At this point we don't yet need fancy PowerBI graphical view of this data.7 votes
When copying alarms in the "Monitoring / Manage Alarms" view, the alarm mappings are not copied, only the settings for alarms are copied. It would be good to be able to copy alarm mappings from one alarm to one, or many, other alarms.3 votes
In the Graphical Message flow (Tracking), if a related messaging pattern exists, it could be good to have a link to it so to see the KPIs.1 vote

We have applications that have Send Port Groups and we will not be able to fully stop or start the application within BizTalk 360 if we do not have this functionality. It would also be nice to be able to Auto Correct Send Port Groups.11 votes
A grid added to Stop Alerts for Maintenance, so you are able to view, edit, delete future maintenance schedules
Currently you are not able to view, edit, or delete Stop Alerts for Maintenance entries. I like to be able to enter Stop Alerts in the future for upcoming maintenance windows. We need to be able to view, edit, or delete those Stop Alerts.10 votes
Messages are in Active status over days. Which is wasting resources. BizTalk 360 should be able to monitor and alert, if a message has been in Active in Running Service Instance for over 3 hours3 votes
