How can we improve BizTalk360 Operations & Administration capabilities?

UP alerts beyond the restricted time in Threshold alert

As we have some of the alerts running only office hours (8am-5pm) we sometimes note the following scenario:

1. An error occurs at 3 pm.
2. An alert email DOWN is sent out to ICC and on-call personnel immediately.
3. The error is fixed 6 pm.
4. No UP email is sent to ICC and on-call personnel due to the 8-5 limit.

Somehow it would feel more safe to receive the UP email, even if the schedule should not be active at that time. The way it is today, we that receive the alerts are "supposed to have knowledge" of the schedules on every alarm to be comfortable with not receiving the UPs. Reading emails on your mobile is enough if you can receive an UP email, then you're safe that the error is fixed. When not receiving the email, there's a need to start a computer, log in via vpn, the server and so on, to be sure that the error is fixed.

Maybe you could create a new check box for this feature.
