  1. Update Custom Notification Channel DLL

    It is currently possible to change the name of a custom notification channel when clicking edit. It would be handy to be able to update the DLL for that notification channel. If a new DLL is uploaded it could check whether it differs from the current DLL content saved in the database.
    This way it is possible to update a channel without having to remove it so we don't lose all our alarm configurations.

  2. Licence expiry should be visible in the header like Trial Licence

    Would be really helpful if the Production & Non Prod licence expiry was visible in the header or a reminder in the header if the renewal was comin up.

  3. Ability to Stop, Start, and Auto Correct Send Port Groups

    We have applications that have Send Port Groups and we will not be able to fully stop or start the application within BizTalk 360 if we do not have this functionality. It would also be nice to be able to Auto Correct Send Port Groups.

  4. Zooming feature in Graphical Flow (Tracking)

    I have been using graphical view tracking of BizTalk360. But encountered that it's unreadable when orchestration (or may be anything) has many message transactions. Refer the attachment. We have many BizTalk integration which has more than 10 calls happening at the orchestration and graphical view tracking is not very useful in our cases.

    Good to have zoom-in features when there are many messages.

  5. Increase the number of characters allowed in alarm descriptions from 300

    We would like to have the character limit increased for Alarms. 300 characters does not allow us to give all of the information that we use in many of our alarms. We use HTML to add formatting and hyperlinks and this uses up a lot of the characters. We have had to edit our alarm text down and as a result share less information with our end users. 600 would be good for our team.

  6. Allow users of applications to view Policies/Rules for their application but not all policies.

    Users are interested in viewing Policies that are associated with their application, which is a capability of BizTalk360.

    It would be great if users could view polices associated with the applications they have access to, while not being able to policies for other applications.

    Currently, the only way to provide access is by giving access to the Business Rules Composer, but then that gives access to all policies.

  7. OAuth2 support for API monitoring

    We have a requirement of monitoring APIs running in Azure, using OAuth2 authentication. Currently OAuth2 does not seem to be supported.

    Input would be token endpoint, resource, client id and client secret. BTS360 would have to acquire a bearer token from the token endpoint and use it when calling the monitored API.

  8. Allow normal user - super user permissions for Applications (esp when new applications added)

    When we create/delete new app, permissions are to be given for normal user. Suggestion if a tick box to give permissions for all applications.

    If a customer has more than one license, it would be good if he could see the order number without having to disable the license.

  10. Export Tracking Manager results

    Hello,

    It would be nice if BizTalk360 could allow exporting Tracking Manager results. This could be useful to compare tracking information between two platforms (example UAT vs PROD).

  11. IBM MQ - Message Age parameter

    There is Current Queue Depth,parameter but is there other conditions that we could use? We are used to see Message Age and wonder if this is one of the options?
    Message age is one of the most common conditions we are using when we have other monitoring tool such as Tivoli in place. Queue depth is perhaps valid in some cases but there are queues that always has messages in line

  12. BHM - BT360 Profile- Use monitoring Profile

    how do I control which rules/queries are executed? This is normally configured in a “Monitoring Profile” in BHM

    the BT360 runs the BHM without the Default profile, so can we link it to some profile so I can control Rules/Queries executed

  13. Database monitoring - ability to alert after the insert of a record(s) in to a given table.

    Database monitoring - Ability to alert after the insert of a record(s) in to a given table.

    BizTalk 360 currently provides the functionality to monitor a database and alert to breached thresholds. A useful extension to this would be if Biztalk360 could alert when a new record is inserted in to a given table.

  14. Copy dashboard between environments

    We'd like to be able to customize a dashboard only once and then apply it (by just copying it) to other environments we've connected to the system.
    Currently we need to customize the dashboard separately on each environment, which make it quite annoying...

  15. Service Instance Details in Custom Notification Channel for Data Monitoring Alert

    This is related to limitation of Custom notification channel. I tried to read suspended service instances and associated error details during data monitoring alert in my custom notification channel but I could not do so as it was missing in application object of BizTalk 360. Ideally the content which are being displayed in BizTalk 360 email body should also be available for custom notification channel as an object so that one could read and customize those objects as needed.

  16. WebEndpoint: need more details in the notification

    Hi,
    When monitoring a Web EndPoint and in case of a failure, the email received does not contains enough details regarding the issue.
    The only detail we have in the email is "Expected return code 200 was not found in the response" and we don't know what is the regarding endpoint.

  17. Maintenance Windows

    This is to request an enhancement within a future version of BizTalk360 with the “Stop Alerts for Maintenance” feature.  Currently you can set a single maintenance period.  It would be great if you could create multiple maintenance periods, and then also be able to edit and/or delete each one from a list at a later point.  Once I add a maintenance period, if it was entered into a list of maintenance periods on the screen that I could then review and click to edit or delete, this would provide great functionality.  In addition, if I could also view maintenance periods…

  18. Send notifications to only custom channel and not to email

    When integrating BizTalk360 with another system using the custom notification channel feature, it's still mandatory to input email id in the Basic Details section. We would like to suggest making the email id optional if you're using notification channels. When integrating with a ticketing system for example, you will often be using the ticketing system's own email notification system and would not need for BizTalk360 to send emails as well. Or you might not want to use emails at all and rely on other notifications.

  19. Create & Save Custom User Access Template

    It would be excellent to be able to save a customised user access profile as a new template so to make it easier to grant multiple users similar security profiles. i realise you can do this by applying a profile to a group account, but that doesn't allow you to make minor changes to each individual user within the group.

  20. Web Endpoint Monitoring Improvement

    WebEndpoint Monitoring features are enhanced in the new version, but the old good feature was discontinued.

    Old Feature : Web Endpoint Configuration used to show the actual code and expected return code, so that user will know what is the expected and what is the actual. This was useful in the support issues where user had flexibility to stop the alert by making the expected code equal to the actual code.

    New feature doesnt have that flexibility. This results in removal of endpoint (As we cant disable it) everytime the error occurs.
