  3. Data monitoring dashboard need to be listed according to monitor names

    Currently Data Monitoring dashboard monitors are listed as per processed time. Where the data monitoring dashboard needs to be listed according to the monitor names.

  4. Consists of a more fine grained access control apart from superuser

    Hi BizTalk360,

    At my client I have the responsibility of setting up the alarms en monitoring but it seems that I am not the superuser.

    Who do I need to have this role, because having this role gives me much more power than needed.

    What I imagine that there is a level below superuser to create alarms and possibly another level for setting up the monitoring (where one uses the alarms). Or it can be put in one role.

    So basically, the request consists of a more fine grained access control apart from superuser.

  6. Auto-correct email improvements

    Autocorrect feature works correctly but the auto correction email message displays “Critical” status in the summary. The summary message should display the final correction status along with prior status.

    Also, the auto correction fix message displays under the “Issues of application name”. There should be new paragraph saying “Issues fixed:”

  7. monitoring of service instances that are in this state for longer than set period of time

    Would like to know how to monitor running services instances for duration > x minutes. I can see how to monitor by count, but not by duration.

    We occasionally see the case where many different service instances are in a running state for an extended period of time (not by design). The issue generally turns out being at the platform level (ie. resource contention on the servers causing multiple hosts to throttle or just hang).

    We will work on tuning the hosts, and addressing these types of issues. In the meantime, however, we would like to have awareness when any…

    Requirement is to send consolidated mail (once in every day before business starts) to group of people with the below details.

  9. Customizing grids in Message Box Queries

    We have the following situation at our Customer LichtBlick SE. The customer resumes messages based on the URI. So they must know what is the end system to decide if the message will be resumed or not. That works well. But now we are implementing a FIFO pattern with ODX possibilities so if a ODX breaks this will be suspended and all messages too. But we do not see the URI on the suspended messages even if we set transport location and transport type in the context. So our customer cannot decide which messages shall be resumed. If there a…

  10. Dashboard styling

    Is there any way to customize the CSS for the dashboard?
    We have our primary health dashboard on a large screen, however the white background makes it difficult to see – we would be looking for a dark theme or high contrast option?

  11. Filtering capabilities in Alert History

    From time to time I find myself wandering through the Alert History. At that times I often miss the capability to:

    Being able to see all records in the Alert History.
    Have filtering capabilities like we know from Message Box queries and Graphical Flow.
    Being able to show the actual mail which is being sent (I noticed this is in the database).

  12. Data Monitoring Suggestion

    I am configuring some Data Monitoring Alerts in BizTalk360 and have run into a snag. In my Test environment, we have crafted an ESB Exception for our Gibsons.FIN.Transactions BizTalk Application and have a Fault Category of ProcessCOACacheMisses. However when I am configuring this Data Monitoring alert in Production, I don’t have this Fault Category yet as it is a new application. I would imagine you are performing a DISTINCT SQL Query on the field and populating the dropdown with these values. It would be nice to override and provide my own text as now I have to wait for that…

  13. BizTalk 360 to disable Send port /Receive location on certain day.

    I am looking for is not an alarm to tell me that something is down, but rather have something in BizTalk 360 to stop or disable a send port and or a receive location on a certain day, let’s say Wednesdays from 3am to 6am.

    Would it be possible to adjust/customize the alerts, say

    o Set email type as not URGENT when the alert is warning/UP alert
    o Set ServiceNow incident notification priority based on the warning/up/error details.

    I would like to request a feature to create a dashboard for Servicedesk/Large monitors.
    This should be a read-only full-screen view for 'on the wall' monitors for a Servicedesk/Monitoring group

  16. Message delay and message delay by shapes in orchestration in BizTalk360

    To implement message count, message delay and message delay by shapes in orchestration in BizTalk360? We don’t have any way to monitor how may message processed by BizTalk and where in orchestration it caused to delay.

  19. Alert to event log when license is going to expire

    I saw that an error was logged to the event log when it tried to send mail, that the license had expired. Is it possible to add a verification/monitor that will log a warning to the event log that the license is about to get expired?

  20. Alerting per Suspended Instance

    The requirement is that the customer wants to receive an alert each time a message or instance got suspended. So this is a bit like an event driven approach.
    Applications
    Say you have an alert for Suspended Instances with a Warning threshold of (more than) 0 and an Error threshold of (more than) 5. This would result in getting a notification when:
    a. nothing is suspended yet and
    b. a Message or Instance got suspended
    This is because the Warning threshold is set to (more than) 0. As far as I am aware of, the next notification you would get…
