Add a filter to the Data Monitoring/Message Box data folder where you can define the date to delete suspended files.
Example: delete suspended Files OLDER than 1 day.3 votes

Just like the suggestion for renaming alarms (http://feedback.biztalk360.com/forums/331695-biztalk360-operations/suggestions/14516568-rename-alarms) it would be a good idea to enable the possibility to rename the data monitoring, for example on process monitoring.6 votes
It would be nice if BizTalk360 could automatically archive messages when one manually terminate instances while using the interface.1 vote
From time to time we need to edit properties like email ids for multiple alarms. Currently you have to open each alarm and make the necessary edits. It would be great to be able to select multiple alarms and make the edits at once.4 votes
We have features to generate MBV / BHM reports for specific interval or schedule.
it will be good to have a email functionality so that these reports can be configured to be sent to a particular email address / distribution.1 vote
Adding date time stampin "b360_admin_GlobalProperties" under SMTP_SETTING so that the update history can be tracked. This will help us to identify when the change was done previously.1 vote
I have a big issue in the Dutch Bank about resubmitting messages from BizTalk 360. I have a http receive location that can be use to resubmit messages. It takes a long time to finally get it worked, but now anybody who knows the uri can submit an message in the message box this message can be a bank transaction to your own account :). So only BizTalk 360 may resubmit these messages to the uri. At this moment anybody with a wcf client can put a message in the messagebox because you can log in with anonymous. Is there a security way to solve this problem, because otherwise they can not use this functionallity and this was one of the reason they want to have BizTalk 360.
I want to protect the HTTP web service, for anyone who know the url for example the developers. Because he can put any message in the message box with anonymous login. Is there a way to protect this. The best way is to create a white list for user who can acces the HTTP web service. Another option is that BizTalk 360 is using default localhost port 80 to resubmit message through HTTP web service. Can I not change that to another port so we can block that port on the server so the only user who can resubmit must have acces to the server.

It could be good to have the ability to define the SMTP settings per environment and not for all environment.1 vote
We need to create alarms that will monitor from evening to morning next day.
e.g we want the alarm to monitor from 17:00 PM till 09:00 AM next day. The only way is to create two alarms, however there is a gap of 00:30 min as we cannot make an alarm run till 12:00 AM only till 23:00 PM.

It should be possible to add "Data Monitor dashboard" to a custom dashboard. It should show the same GUI as you see when you access data monitoring dashboard except you should only see
the alarms for the applications you has access to. then configure that page to only show alarms of interest.1 vote
It would be greate if you could somehow link KB articles with existing alarms, so that you can write a custom article for specific alerts.
The idea is that, when an alert is raised there is a link, or some sort of icon or a mark, sent with the alert if linked KB article exists. It would greatly help L1 and L2 support teams, and new team members1 vote
Currently error texts for KB articles can only be 20 characters. This makes it hard to make error texts uniquely identifiable. So it would help if we could enter more characters, say 250, in that field.1 vote
It would be nice if we can able to add KB Article for multiple environments.

1.Need an filter on failure column values that currently exist in the exception fault table. So that we can setup a proactive alarm on an application.
2.The only available filter expression is "is Equal To"
3. Filter with an 'OR' condition on the same column. i.e. Application is Equal To 'App1' or 'App2'. You can add another filter, but then you lose the selection of 'Application" on the second filter
4.There is no filtering defined for Scope
5.The only filter available on Exception Stack Trace is 'Is Equal To'

This feature has come as part of the version 8.9.5 release. Sing up to our newsletter to be notified of upcoming releases
1. Filtering is enabled for Scope
2. Now Exception Stack Trace has ‘Contains’ operator for filtering
Remaining items are in our development pipeline
We would like to use "Is Empty" filter criteria in query expression but it seems that Biztalk360 BAM build query expression does not have that option.
Is it possible to some how build a BAM query in Biztalk360 and have the “Is Empty” filter criteria in use for a text field?

The information provided in Data Monitoring Dashboard is enough.
The schedules I configured to monitor the reception of at least 1 file (>0). Even though Condition is showing ‘Greater Than’ I think Expected Count should also show ‘>0’ to be more accurate in the Process monitoring execution result page at Process monitoring dashboard.

In the Custom SQL Queries panel, customer has defined a query, with the "EXEC" and calling a store procedure and it works very well. The query returns only one integer value. This is put (that call a store procedure) in the Database Query related with an alarm. But in the Database Query, the return value is empty. It seems to not get the return value? So the alarm is always in error. Hence the database query put into an alarm must support the call of a stored procedure.

Data monitoring (ESB) works on existing data points. We need to make it generic in the future, allowing users to define alerts before the exception happens.
